I think the fact that none of this years cows have been hit and miss WFB/CTRs (Laurie has been good) has made the start of the season quite a bit easier than past seasons

Its not an incredibly useful stat, because several years ago the salary cap was only $4million, and even guns cost less than shitty bench players can cost nowadays. they've also been adding scoring categories over the years so scores are creeping higher too.

I remember the primitive Fantasy NRL being players only got points for actually scoring points, plus 2 points for being on the winning team. It was a simpler time. I captained Campese when he scored 38 points, probably my greatest fantasy sports moment.

When I watched the Eels v Dragons on Sunday Sivo & Ravalawa were marking each other & I thought I remember when they both came on the scene in the same year & how they were both great cows & I had both in round 1 due to the Radradra effect meaning the Fijian connection so both will go boom & boy did they go boom.

Did Rava start slightly slower that year?

Hopefully I can save a trade tonight if Walker goes 40+ because I have Liddle at 17 & Walker at 18. This also requires Liddle not playing. If Walker doesn't score so great &/or Liddle is named in the 17 then I will use my 2nd trade.

Shit I forgot with Leniu being a spud, I'll need to play Walker. Not confident but you never know. Also means I definitely have to trade Liddle not to cop Lenius 18 haha.

I havent mate, that noe time a few years ago it felt right and paid off, but this time feels so different. Not established as the half, Clifford, Hampton could be in another position next week or left right out.. cowboys.. i can't do it. And thats even when i need a centre this week, as i started the season with Averillo/Niu/Momo and traded out Avo a week or two back. This week i have brought in Ramien for a set and forget.

How about u ? I have no problems with a trade or two in the centre position due to injury etc. I have brought Lucy in this week also, which could be reverted and here comes Hampton, as next week i will have Momo issues as well. But i say no to that.

I'm projecting Cleary to hit ~$1,110,000 this year (should be close to a $50k rise).

And yes, that is easily the highest ticket price a player has hit, but probably still short of what he'd fetch on the open market if he were available to all NRL clubs.

The extra question mark accents the absurdness of the two options.
