The big question with Schuster is what happens when Siro is back. We haven't seen what the line up will be with Siro Haumole and Schuster all fit.

I will trade Riki over Liddle if I can, depends on how much the trade-ins I want are going to cost.

Liddle went this week for Simpkin. Did you end up picking him up?

Well, technically we saw it in round 1. Sironen started, Schuster and Huamole didn't make the cut

That was with Gosiewski and Davey available though.

True, makes Harris and his DPP more attractive as EDG cover, even if he doesn’t play Rd 13.

I traded Milf for Simpkin. On the basis that Liddle was a chance of making the bench this week and giving a bit more of a boost to his cash.
Was going to dump Riki + Liddle this week, but if SST is out for more than a couple of weeks will probably get rid of him first.
No chance for me to save trades at the moment with people getting dropped and injured everywhere.

Could have looped Sam Walker this week but he was locked out by the time I saw that Liddle as out of the 17. So instead looping Croker and Simpkin

Yeah that injury stopped his price from skyrocketing so he still is in reach. Im keen to see how Thompson goes as well this weekend

Still don't think Munster's scores are sustainable so he is a trade sooner rather than later. 9 tbs and 5 offloads for a score in the 60s isn't a good sign. I know he is the sort of player to score in bunches so will consider Fogarty

As long as he keeps it up till trade time I’m happy.

Hoping Brimson can finally break that half century mark today. Looks to have bottomed out so hopefully can start to trend upwards a bit

    Sorry to ask lads but I need some opinions on what some others would do in my situation.  Team is;

    Turpin
    Watson Stefan Alvaro
    Crichton Fifita
    Cleary Fog
    Peachey Bird
    Teddy Pappy Laurie

    Brailey Schuster Liddle Walker

    Leniu Riki Simo Niu

    My second trade is either Liddle to Moses or Simpkin.  Thinking Moses but that would bank on Schuster getting Edge to move Crichton to the bench for cover.  If he doesn't, I think I'd be screwed with only Leniu as forward cover.  Simpkins means I have to play him and miss out of Moses's score but leaves 471K for next week.  So it's;

    A. Moses and 12K
    B. Simpkins and 471K

I didn't sort of realise how screwed I'd be going with Moses and if Schuster doesn't get DPP.  I'm confident he retains the spot though and gets it.

    Thanks.

That time I traded Croker to SOS looking real luxurious now.

Dealt with Liddle and Milf this week. Niu, Fui, Riki, Moylan, SST and maybe Walker next week I guess. Six trade week, we have those available right?

I know there is a lot of value around, but short term plan should be fixing MID. You can't be playing 2 of Alvaro/Leniu/Uto every week

I’d probably just play it safe this week mate. Don’t give ya self any unescessary headaches. Bringing in Simpkin might lose you 20-30 points but hopefully you can find a way to make those up next week with ya warchest?

Some people have high standards, I'm loving Munster in my team.

If it wasn't for Bellamy's tendency to rest his Origin players I'd even consider him as a season keeper because everyone would want to trade him around R13.

Probably trying to force a trade a little because all my cows still have plenty of money to make

If you have to force it, it isn't worth it

I’m only watching the Kayo mini from last night, and Papy has looked injured at least three times just in 20 mins of highlights . Probably would be more worried about how he was clutching coming out of tackles late in the game, not the KO

It kinda blows my mind that being KO’d is not an auto night ender, but like every other layperson I don’t really understand brain injuries. I mean it looks bad but that doesn’t mean you can’t be fine a couple of minutes after.

The worst concussion effects are often from really innocuous contact.

Anecdotally, of the three concussions I’ve had (that I know of) the one where I blacked out was the one I felt 100% ok immediately after. Other 2 I don’t think I pass HIA

Assuming Schuster dpp, you're still running one of Alvaro, Uto, or Leniu in the 13. Are you okay with that? Alvaro probs not too bad, but might lose a few minutes with McGuire? My five second read of it is build the bank for another mid next week (Haas).

Yeah, Matterson was out for several weeks after being hit in the head with the ball, which you would have assumed wouldn't have done much.
