Limited data but three games over 40 and under 75 minutes for 15, 22, 28. Full games without tries: 40, 44, 44.

Still buying him (next week) but think there are some psychological biases going on over what people are expecting/hoping from him.

Just noticed that Edwards could be an option if there’s a change before the Thursday game

I’d like to see him play under the new rules first.

This is just one of the numerous trade options I'm considering this week but if you could trade Riki out for Mitchell Moses but it meant playing Roberts at CTR and Moylan at WFB, would you do it?

My CTR and WFB would look like absolute ass but for an opportunity to trade in a R13 gun who has come close to bottoming out, I'm wondering if I should take the opportunity.

    Is To’o the only answer?

    On Douehii

*Averaging 53 this year but has some easier games coming up, all the way through to round 13 (Which he plays)
*Goal kicks with a decent floor, ball hog and most of the attack goes through him
*People gush over tom trbo's 67 but Douehii has scored over that twice already with little fanfare (in a tigers team barely firing)
*Costs a little more than Trbo, approximately 50k extra per good hamstring
*DPP Hlf/WFB could come in handy if your rookie halves keep shitting the bed
*Under the radar 1.31% ownership if thats your fetish

Yeah I'd do that because plenty will be playing Roberts & Moylan up against the Bulldogs could go well.

I already have 4 Tigers players so I couldn't add a 5th with Doueihi although if I owned less I'd be keen.

How long would you be playing Moylan and Roberts for? Post it up if it helps.

Team will look like this if I go ahead with Riki > Douehi.

    Brailey
    Watson, Lodge, Utoikamanu
    Fifita, Tupouniua
    Cleary, Munster
    Peachey, Roberts
    Douehi, Laurie, Brimson

    Turpin, Schuster, Simpkin, Papy
    Walker, O’Sullivan, Momo, Tino

Can turn Tino into any player under 811k or just hold tight for the week.
    Thoughts?

Need to swap Nui for another DPP. Hampton or Herbie? Can’t believe I’m thinking about another Bronco but Herbie has a bit going for him; DPP, eye test, R13, no chance of origin. Reasonable job security if fit etc etc

    I’m almost convincing myself

Some good points here. I think I've been somewhat reluctant because I'm still mad at him for not passing Roberts the ball. Also thought he was high 600s not low 600s. Still a lot more than Turbo. His dpp is useless with Cleary/Moses as halves and four reserve halfs. But good scores and still unders with rd 13, definitely should be in the conversation more than currently.

I didn't think anything of it, but a dude at work was telling me that Matterson had been right to go for two weeks now, but he was being kept on the sidelines due to people within the organisation (not sure who, exactly) being unhappy with that fact that he may potentially be looking to move on from the club. Like I said, didn't think much of it other than a bit of gossip, but who knows?

Starling has a gigantic BE so wouldn't really be making cash

Gus and Gal were making some pretty hard commentary about Hodgson on 100% Footy this week. Acknowledging that he is individually a great football player, but perhaps not a great part of the team in Canberra. They mentioned how poorly they'd been going last year until Hodgson's injury and how they thrived with Starling there. No one outwardly saying Hodgson is the reason why Canberra are not performing, but certainly making some interesting comments. Perhaps Ricky Stuart is thinking similar.

As an outsider, I don't know how you can have a player like Starling outside your 17 each week - well, I know he's got a few mins here and there lately, but 10-20mins here and there isn't going to get games won. But, I also acknowledge it's a very awkward situation as you can't exactly dump Hodgson (well, maybe just for a week or two, apparently).

I've actually been keenly watching Starling's price drop, noting Hodgson's injury history. Unfortunately the next couple of weeks could put a big dent in said price drops.

Almost started with him, ended up dropping him and keeping.. well actually the list is embarrassingly long of failures. Radley is one of em. Genius.
