Same rationale here, want someone to cover both positions and maybe rotate with Roberts.

Having a WFB on the bench is not ideal for team flexibility (or reliable scoring) and TBH I don't want to waste a trade getting Roberts out of my team

I considered going Momo to Bird on mine but talked out of it. Just save the trade and play Roberts and hope he does something

Yeah beefed up this week. Forwards/bench perhaps a little weaker than some.

Yeah mines not crash hot either. But have some money ITB and Verrills as a cash out next week to at least get one big upgrade

    My back 5 will be;

    Peachey Bird
    Ted Laurie TBA

Probably Hampton but still not minding Crichton. Not sure I need a Crichton/Herbie with Peach and Bird though. But can move Peach around if I do.

    I've got
    Bird, Roberts
    Teddy, Turbo, Laurie

    Roberts can stay for now.
I do need some WFB/CTR cover going forward especially with the addition of Turbo. Some good options being floated on the forum.
Maybe I'll bring in one of SCrichhton or Herbie in next week

Already have Simpkin. Trying to decide whether to trade in Curran or Verrills. Curran is more urgent due to his BE however I'm worried he may get switched to the bench on gameday. Even if he starts and gets 50-60 minutes he should still make plenty of more at his price. Anyone got any idea if he has locked down that spot?

Unlikely mate. Biro was in front of him prior to injury and is named in the bench this week as he returns from said injury. I'd guess he'll get 60mins this week and then back to the bench next week. Only a stab of course.

    I have
    Peachey Averillo
    Teddy To’o* Laurie

Pretty much locked in To’o trade for SST

Loving the resurgence of Averillo (Roberts, Pap in EMG)

Strong trade, love that you're going for it. Hopefully he misses origin. Kicking myself for ditching Avo early.

It is crazy to me that people are considering a winger over a FB who is $200k cheaper. Its not like Trbojevic doesnt have proven fantasy potential and while Manly are a much worse team. He is the only guy they have that can actually open up the game for them besides DCE.

Anyone have the link for top 100/500/1,000 ownership?

Noticed earlier that the 8th ranked team traded in Simpkin of the plural variety, and trying to see if any others made the same mistake.

Agreed. I'm also confused by the lack of Ponga interest. Consider the following:

    a) He's a gun.

    See?

Farewell to Merrin, last player from the 2010 team (with a few sidelines along the way)

Thought it was odd he went from starting last week to left right out this week. Obviously had decided already.

    Yeah, this.

I’d get it if it was a picklist of players but it’s colour coded!

2.4% ownership so I'd say yes (could also be in a bunch of autofill teams)

Hook asked Merrin to choose between the crispy cremes and the footy.

If I bring a gun WFB in I will have:

Gun WFB, Papy, Laurie, Brimson. So basically when all fit I will be choosing between Laurie and Brimson and the other will be in EMG.

Think it’s best for me to grab a Crichton/Farnworth and then I have some options. Make sense?
