    thought about switching my captaincy from Fifi to Munster as a POD play, i'm very glad i chose not to outsmart myself for the second week running.

    Fogs needs to run the ball more. Defenders just hold off him because he so rarely runs it, they know he's going to pass. If he runs at the line a few times, even if tackled easily, it'll put the defense in two minds and he'll create more space for his outside men. 

    Cleary/Luai are both amazing examples of this concept.
