Yeah for a lot of people having more than one reason to get him might be the deciding factor. Being not only a potential cash cow, but also avoiding Roberts in your case, and avoiding a zero (if Pappy and Teddy out) in my case.

I've brought in Hampton this week mainly because I need the CTR cover, and the WFB disaster of the last couple of weeks has also necessitated extra coverage there. Would love to start him at CTR ahead of Roberts in the centre if Teddy is named, but even if Teddy is named I'm almost certain he'll be pulled at the last minute. Going with Roberts for another week then, I guess...

20 minutes to go until I find out how screwed I am this week. It was all going so well to start the year.

Considering I only need to play him this week, it's not the end of the world if he doesn't kill it every week, but he has the upside to make enough money to be worth having as a backup WFB, especially if he's at 5/8 and getting kick metres.

TPj and Haas on trade in list. That's until I see team lists

TLT may change some things but I can do SOS/Walsh and get anyone I want for Egan. I am happy not to have to play Roberts but he pisses me off just sitting in my reserves. Really need a cash cow centre to pop up.

Yeah I'd like an indication of his job security before committing. It sucks getting SOS a week late and then he doesn't play, don't want to compound it with a risky trade.

Things change plenty with Kev, but, did say he's found his spot on the edge from memory and Glenn is out for a month I think too

Croker needed to go but I suspect they will sell it as a shoulder injury. He did look to hurt his shoulder last game.

Big Papa hasn’t been his best but dropping him is interesting.

It's that whole heavy depth of Raiders forwards he can rotate them on a whim
Have a week or two off, freshen up in NSW cup or 'injury break' and come back firing
It's a long season and with the way players are getting injured might be a smart play come mid/end season

Not good for fantasy though

Well that's one trade sorted then. As the only person to own Big Papa - due to some R1 tomfoolery - he is now Haas.

Agree, I’m a massive Raiders fan but have only Simonnson in my team and even he needs to go.
