I think I’ll go with Roberts to Walsh actually and Turpin to Moses. Leaves me with 97k spare itb and 22 trades left. Moses is a gun and won’t get cheaper. Take out the injury game he avg’s 60.

I don't know, mate. I have similar issues and am double cowing (Walsh and CHN) from Turpin and Roberts because the Round 13 guy I'm most interested in is Koroisau and I'll be able to afford him next week (from Niu) on the assumption that Niu doesn't lose money while Turpin and Roberts probably will.

Now watch Niu play five minutes for two points as 18th man.

I’m tossing up between Haas and IPap as I need to get Alvaro /Uto out of my 17 -anyone know what IPap was averaging coming off the bench? I assume Haas is a guarantee for Origin. I’m trying to get Rd 13 close to done to try to save some trades!

How many rd 13 players do you have currently? I only have around 10!

What's better?

TU: Play Roberts, trade in Tommy T so I can field 17 just in case Teddy is a late out

TD: Trade in Peachey and take the risk of playing with 16 if Teddy is out just so James Roberts is nowhere ever near my scoring team again

10 as well. Api would make 11, then pick up another two or three the week before. Some will have more, but think that's fine. No point either 1) holding Roberts just for his Round 13 twenty or 2) Screwing yourself for trades for Round 17 and the run-in just to try to get 16/17 for the first bye.

Agree fully. 

For me it’s one  issue at a time. I will have to do something  with one or two of Uto, Leniu or Simonsson soon though!

I know I probs need to get Verrills next week.

Hoping Dearden is not released next week or week after I’d hate to lose Hampcoin so soon!

Obviously a few question marks in there around Momo, Brimson and Stefano for different reasons.
Not sure wether I just use the 4 trade round prior to get to a decent number and not be so exclusive with my trades over the next month.

Is a 14/15 split a good number to aim for? The loose plan is to grab one gun each week for the next two rounds and have 25 trades in the bank heading into Rd10

Reading about a few people considering trading roberts and sst. I've got 17 for this round, 16 if teddy doesn't play. So going to bring in Walsh for SOS as a cheap cow but also backup.

Think with the carnage this season it'd be wise to keep SST and just ride him out. Roosters are going to be in a tough spot this season so they'll need him out there, think his form will recover especially during origin when they'll need their leaders to step up.

Got 11 for Round 13 atm and just going to keep adding to that and/or conserving trades for a big push up the rankings mid season.

U can't seriously feel good or safe bringing Milf back ? Surely, anyone else...

Bringing in Brimson this week. Looked better last week, and despite the loss the Titans looked good with the ball. Easy run (bar panthers) coming up, so chances for some big scores. Surely bottomed out in price at 489k.

I'm sure owners will tell me to avoid, but R13 player, underpriced (perception) and a bit of pedigree, what could go wrong?

I started with him, a little bitter, but pill swallowed and he is now here to stay I think. Look at it as a one spot no trade required, have two of the top wfb plus him and use trades elsewhere.

Yeah am looking at trading either Papy or Teddy, but would rather not lock in Teddys losses, and if I do decide to bring Pap in post origin he is unlikely to be any more expensive than he is now.

As for who to bring in, I am undecided at this stage. Probably leaning towards DEdwards. Can afford To'o but propect of origin scares me off.
