It's the defender's responsibility not to make contact with the head, not the attackers. Despite not being intentional, and being very close to a good tackle, its still a fair penalty. not complaining at all cos he will go huge next week for sure but i find it funny Clearys first sub 70 game is the week i bring him in.

I know what you mean, but the defender was static in this case, not much he could have done about it other than jump out of the way completely.
