Who'd have thought Simonsson would prove useful! Coming in clutch with a 26. Doesn't look like either Koro or Matterson are prime candidates next week and I'm not convinced by any cow options either.

Below par 929 and dropped to rank 429.
If Hampton is out then I think I will just run with 16 again and then hopefully Momo is straight back in next weekend.
Is it too late to add IPap? I've been in denial this whole season and think I might finally bite the bullet. Or is it too late?

It's too late to get him at a discount (obviously - but I think that's the thing that everyone regrets).
He's priced in and around Haas & Harris and putting up comparable (better) numbers.
If he keeps his 70 average, he's still value under $860k.
is already shaping as my (and probably many others) biggest regret this year.
That first round match against the Bronco's he looked beastly, but when he followed it up with even better numbers against the Storm (who most forwards struggle against) - I should've taken that gamble.

For the Dragons:
- likely dislocated thumb for Zac Lomax, hope clean dislocation (avoided fracture) but can still be a 4-6 week recovery
- suspected broken rib for Cody Ramsey, if confirmed usually 3-4 weeks
- Brayden Williame also unavailable for next week with a calf injury
We are all talking Cini & Walsh but Max Feagai could get a bit of a run but there is also Ravalawa & Pereira coming back so could miss out

Cheers to the draw makers for scheduling the Storm on the Thursday this week.
Will be good to have concrete knowledge on Papy

Finished on 956 gaining 495 ranking spots to 4,291 OR. This week will probably lose Tupouniua for 1 game if the Roosters take the early guilty plea & possibly Hampton with his pec injury but will get Tedesco back & possibly Pappy.

Roosters should contest the Tupounuia one, borderline penalty, ridiculously harsh ban.

As I’ve got older, Shawshank just feels so cliche. Top movie sure but wouldn’t bother me if I never saw it again. I remember when Seven and Copycat came out, they were quite ground breaking at the time. As too was Scream for that matter. Seven definitely the pick of them
The movie I think deserves a place on that sort of list is The Usual Suspects
Shawshank really does just tick all the boxes for good story telling (without ever being anything especially creative/original/genre-defining etc - so can be a bit cliché) - but at least it does it well, so it's a good watch if not a bit over-rated.
The Usual Suspects is outstanding.
I'd also add in Fargo and Trainspotting (just great film-making and Danny Boyle knows how to layer with a great soundtrack).
But yeah, you'd have to have Goodfellas in there.
Also, Léon: The Professional & Heat were good entertaining (fun?) films.

Even though I have plenty of wfb's in Teddy, Pappy, Turbo, Laurie & Simonsson I think I'll get Walsh because he's playing in the halves & getting plenty of km's. I have no problem at full strength playing Walsh &/or Laurie in my 17.

Yes indeed - right at the TOP of the list - excellent film.

I agree it wasn't late, high or reckless just a good hit. He did I think 3 other similar tackles & they were fine so why do him for that one. However the Roosters have plenty of backrow depth so they might not take the risk of fighting the charge, losing & then he gets 2 weeks off.

Plus if they fight the charge and win, Rabbits' head would explode!
On another note a good week for me this week! Mostly thanks to Remis and Walker, but I got 1003 and moved up from ~20k to ~16.6
It's taken max trading for the last three weeks, but I'm finally moving up! Condolences to all those who had a tough week, I'm sure you'll bounce back this one coming!

Seems 913 was ok considering I ran with 16.
Keen to trade this round, righting the ship with a gun in and possibly cow.

Is peachy in worth a trade if I already have 2 fit centers and would it be wise to trade someone else given he is a possible for origin or is that not likely ?

They were warm and friendly. 60+ for both but just not enough to carry me this week.
It’s all good, will hopefully start climbing soon

Only trade for me would be Simo or Hampton for Walsh. Another look at Cini might be warranted. We've seen plenty shine on debut then fall into a 20 point scorer from there on.

I think Peachey's origin days are over. Low risk there.
Honestly depending on who else you're considering trading in, I'd get Peachey anyway for the CTR depth. I've been screwed over the last 2 weeks because of my lack of depth. Actually I'd just blame Moylan, was meant to be my WFB back-up but vanished right when I needed him.
