Lucy consistent and reliable. TPJ probably more boom games, but ticking timebomb factor. Depends on your mentality really. Might even have both by Rd 13 anyway with injuries/suspensions etc.

For CTR trade ins. I have $325k to spend.

Don't want to spend it all, as need a buffer in case I need to ditch Momo next week (side note, trading to Peachey next week is not ideal timing, given he just scored 2 tries)
Ramien one option. If Staggs does come back next week will look at him too, although again - not ideal timing as would like to see him play a game first.

Pretty much all the options are rubbish. Not too concerned as whoever I pick won't be in my 17 most weeks (ideally)

Not sure I see great value in Tyrone May. bench player who can get 20-30 points a week. Even a chance that Momirovski pushed Burton to the bench and May out.

Guys like Javid Bowen, Feagai, Musgrove are poor scorers, poor job security or both.

So really its Zac Cini, who has questionable job security but looks like he can bust a tackle, and could have a decent base score for his price, should get DPP in a few weeks.
Or Will Chambers who has decent job security (maybe he is at risk of getting ousted by Dugan) but scores are poor. he was good back in 2016/17 but won't really bank in him getting back to that level.

I am banking on whoever comes in staying in my team all year, unless maybe a great cow turns up mid-season. But trades are too low to bank on getting them out again.

That is my reasoning on CTR trades, in case it helps anyone else.

BJ also pretty much needs tries to crack 30. Not worth the extra cash IMO

Fuck centres. There is no obivous gun. There are no safe cheapies. and no mid priced CTR (mid priced for CTRs) with any upside.

Cini if you want to gamble on him but he is playing wing with bad job security

Peachey is on the other end of the spectrum but his scoring is still eradic for someone of his price range and for a lock relies a lot on attacking stats

Ramien is averaging 52.3 in 4 games with only 1 try and 1 sin bin with only one try breaking 23 tacklebreaks over the last 3 weeks and 30 in his last four games but 3 of those games have been 

I've narrowed my options down to the last two and whilst I really want to get Ramien I'm too scared to do it as I am worried if I get him he will start going bad straight away

According to rumours he was in hospital this morning with a broken ankle and yet was pictured running fine in the captains run this afternoon
