That defence was just awful. Hughes stepped inside and broke that tackle easily. Then, Jennings, hardly a super-star winger, catches the pill with 2 Souths players between him and the try line, and does it easily. Just pathetic from the Bunnies players.

the whistle was blown before the try was scored, so it's effectively a dead ball from when the referee made his decision

I think it's because the ref blew the whistle - Souths players may not have committed to defence
