I dont agree with the centre run down on the previous page, we have all tried every approach to centres. We have in previous years and this year, spent the 450 or 550k and that doesn't work out etc. U can't take one or two players across a couple of weeks and say if we spent 500k we'd all be sweet. That's not what history shows in the centre position.

Jesus Cecchin was right there with both Mahoney and Angus screaming at him that Radley was out. Teddy rightfully furious at him for letting that set continue.

Still have my planning sheet from the 2009 comp
Cam Smith, Gidley and Thurston cost 11 each
Gold Coast Rookie Esikeli Tonga cost a measly 2
One year you needed a coach, who got you 5 points if his team won. But every other player would score 20-50 points a week. So there was no reason to do anything other than buy the cheapest possible coach.
