Wasn't there another base price rookie winger who covers Rd13 just recently who had a good first game and then came crashing back down to earth...
I haven't Cini-a thing about him though.

The only way I can afford Tommy T is to sell Teddy or maybe Watson.
Well looks like tear apart my team is the only option to do so.

i mean, he could now, Carrigan doing his ACL is confirmed, but he'll probably find a way to put Flegler in the vacant spot, I hope he does find those mins though, Bulle is a talent.

Holding. He's still a more than serviceable scorer. That being said, if it develops into a trend then it might require attention.
I think its a common misconception that once a player 'peaks' (BE = Ave) that they have to be traded. If we've learnt anything about the 20-21 version of fantasy, there's no point forcing a trade on a green-dot player any more.
The Mayor
Looks like you've been elected Mayor for a damn good reason.

I believe matt plays ctr could be wrong. yeah we are all well aware of cini but that doesn't mean everyone follows suit to be fair going negative after playing 80 mins is him just showing he has more than one talent I guess, because that really does require something special lol

Both Feagais (what is the plural of Feagai - Feagai-i, Feagie, Feagai-guys???) played wing on Sunday, though both are provisionally listed as centres.
I guess the moral of the story is if any player is going to put up a negative score after their debut, its most likely going to be a rookie winger playing for an ordinary team.

Fifita - one game if early plea - no news yet
Peachey - fine
SST - fine
No mention of Harris so assume no charge ?

I’ll probably play 1 CTR for the rest of the year if he’s not back. Just can’t be arsed with it.
Peachey can just do all the leg work
This is a strategy I've been thinking about. Not necessarily for the rest of the year but not rushing to get a centre replacement if nothing tickles my fancy.
I've played two rounds (R7 & R9) with only one centre and scored in the high 900s both times and rising in ranks both times inside the top 400.
Banking trades/solidifying other areas of your team can be a better use of trades/funds rather than bringing in a cheap, unproven player in the worst scoring position in fantasy. Eg: Cini.
Case in point...R8 I traded in Hampton to cover Momo.
Not saying its going to work out every time but its not a crazy strategy.

Just don’t play two centres. It’s trending 100%.
As long as you have Peachey it’s all good

After deferring my return from the Hamptons, I think I now have to Gamble, or take another cheap Bronco. Flegler feels trappy, maybe Kennedy/Bullemor are better shouts?

I’m glad it’s getting traction.NoSpeakaAnyInglis wrote:

Hampton obviously a bit different because his scoring was as a half so has a decent floor that is valuable at CTR. Much like Peachey has a good floor from being at lock.
If someone comes up cheap that is available at CTR that plays anywhere but CTR (if they are on the wing then that’s also a no from me) then I will seriously have a look.

The interesting things this week for me:
1. Burton or Momo named at CTR?
If it's Burton, 100k less than Peachey with moving to halves in R13 is kinda tempting.
2. Will Matto move to 5/8, ruining everyones plans to bring him in immediately?
I reckon it might be the Carty Party in the halves though.

Ramitinmyhaaas wrote:I'm gonna have to go sideways trades this week for position depth. Looks like Grant --> Papalii/Fisher-Harris and Munster to Matterson.
Willing to let go of Munster as an 80 minute Matto will def outscore him in the long run. Also okay to let go of Grant due to the benching thing and not having an 80 minute role secured in turn for a gun middle player which I need due to lack of depth.
Is Grant the only way to get more MID depth?
Personally, I think I am holding Munster until R13 unless I need his funds earlier.
Similarly, I'm not touching Matterson until R13. Sure, he will go up in price (a 65 avg until then puts him up about 65k). I'd be happy to pay that 65k to ensure that he is playing R13. Last thing you'd want it for him to get another head knock over the next 3 games.

Even if Momo doesn’t return, it will be nice to have Papy and Tups back I guess. Should allow me at the very least to move an unreliable scorer to the EMG
