For mine he's the most articulate, intelligent and considered coach I've ever seen. Hard to say if he's the best though given the dynasty that Bellamy has created at the Storm. Certainly the top two I've seen in League

It would be pretty uncomfortable in most workplaces, but then again it's not most workplaces. I guess the people who work there have become accustomed to it.

I personally don't think it detracts from his achievements.
There has to be some space for passion in the game
