    It ain't a common pick side from what I understand. It's a forum run team where we can all just put in selections. But then again my pick of Bromwich into the side only a few posts ago seems to have been missed over so maybe I'm not too sure

    sorry i just took the last post and added, maybe you and pain posted at same time? Just update the team with Bromwich back in.

    I picked Lyon because he is a centre gun who scored well in a bad Manly team last year and on the back of this pack will kick arse again. Plus its a massive POD.

    Once the team is full dont we just keep changing the side anyway? Pretty sure centre will be first place downgraded when we run out of cash with 10 players still to pick haha

    I am going to run an alternate team that is based off this thread. Now I have removed Lyon, as there is more value there as some guys have pointed out. I also added NPR's in for now to juggle funds. Personally I think we still need to cut Parker/Bromwich (There is so much value in the 2RF and guys like $30k-$40k cheaper with as much potential. Anyway, guys add or remove 1 player at a time and adjust the cap. Then when I get on I will update my team to make sure it is accurate.

    On the subject of team, how should we run the CTR's Lyon is paying overs for someone. Should we look at Lafai/Hurrell or run Copley, Auva'a, Gutherson?? (Auva'a and Gutherson are currently in the team as NPR's).

    I already downgraded Lyon D:

    I think you could be right about Lyon, but his pricing is that of guys like ah Mau, Tauk, Cartwright, Sue. Who are guys we will probably end up looking at, due to cash restraints.

    Ah Mau/Tauk are no go's i reckon, the hype on these Dragons forwards and some other guys talked up in the main forum is overboard. I doubt we will see many middle forwards increase in minutes with the reduction of interchange itll be edge backrowers who increase. I dont think you can have 3 NPR backrowers, to cheap guys at the most there.

    I agree on Parker and Bromwich (he had a pretty avg finish to last year) think there are guys who are cheaper who will reach their points, same with Smith too.

    On the centres if youre going to run with Avua Gutherson ect you need a consistent high scorer to go with them. I cant see Lafai getting a big increase playing in that boring Dragons team, the year he killed it he was scoring trys with ease. Hurrell isnt guaranteed a start yet.
