Anyone considering getting Burton at 475k? He plays round 13 and should play at 7 in round 13 and 14 as panthers play less than 48 hours after origin

Against sharks too. Cleary seems ripe for a resting. It may just be worth holding Welch until R13 for hey.

He seems well-liked by the Clearys. But Koro could certainly play 80 in the past.

I guess the question is whether or not Momo comes into the team and Burton goes to the bench as super sub?

Personally I don't see Burton as a bench player. He can only play HLF and CTR

May can sufficiently play fullback, ctr, half and in the forwards. He's a prime 14. Burton is either half, ctr or left right out

Have thought about it. I need a centre for the next two weeks and it's annoying Panthers are last game of the round with Momo in reserves. You'd think Burton would be safe though?

I'm thinking if Luai plays origin with Cleary, May could slot in.  If Yeo is out there is extra minutes there too.

The coach loves him and in rounds 5, 6 and 7 where Kenny played 80, May still played an average of 31 minutes.

I think I'd prefer him over any pleb cheaper.  Maybe MBye.  Was going a dear centre but think Starling is the play.

Im considering Frizzell + Burton in this week for Simpkin and Utoikamanu

Actually I can structure my trades around the other way giving me until Saturday night to reverse. Panthers 24hr cull 2pm Saturday gives plenty of options. Does anyone remember if Momo was culled last week at the 24hr mark or in final team lists?

On Burton, I am not particularly interested in trading a player just to get a R13 score

Burton would have to be useful for other weeks as well if I am spending money to bring him in. And his non-try scoring doesn't seem all that crash hot

This could be an impeccable strategy. Still requires bringing in C cover because Burton might be a sell after R13 depending on what happens with Cleary, but the potential upside is massive if he plays R14 too. I'll be locked in after Simpkin plays unfortunately, and the trade also forces me to keep Welch until R13 but I think it may be worth it.

Wish list is for strong mail that Munster injury more serious than first reported OR late Warriors backline reshuffle. One of by 5pm Friday please. Want Hynes or Walsh bad but can’t really afford a punt at 400-450k

S. Crichton over Averillo now for mine. Thinking the DPP status means he can stay as my 18th man for the year and cover both positions, at the same time I should just go cheap and use Talau, Schoupp (If he looks to be staying), or MBye.

If you get Burton for his rd 13 score then moving forward he'll have to be your back up ctr that you only play if one of your other ctrs gets injured or if hes playing in the halves.
Depends if you want to spend that much on a backup ctr
