If Matt Lodge is moved on (and Haas rested for Origin) does Rhys Kennedy play 40min a game and score about 40?

How do Roosters get Origin to count for Crichton and Radley's suspensions? Is it just a matter of putting Fittler on conference call and saying "would you have picked them, Fred?" and him saying "yes"?

That will 100% grind Rabbits' gears (even though they would definitely have been picked).

Have to trade to field 17 this week so who goes out of Pap and Angus?

Can cover WFB/CTR and feel like Pap drops in value when he comes back....or maybe not but the ambiguous date is slightly off putting.

Angus definitely comes back in two weeks but is more a like for like with someone such as Tohu or Ipap

    Decisions...decisions

This will have a lot of bearing on whether people trade him or not. If it doesn't count, he doesn't return til round 15.

Interesting secondary point of GWilliams' release is where he ends up in Super League. If it's Warrington then Widdop comes back to the NRL with any number of clubs linked. If it's Wigan (and they have first refusal) then Hastings probably comes over to Wests immediately.

I'm just pissed off I don't get to see Radley in origin. Bloke is built for that arena. Well I guess not now with these new rules...

He acted like a total dick head at the weekend. Needs to get his shit together fast, or won't be able to play as far too much of a liability on the field.

Yeah, if Crichton is suspended and eg Cleary and Turbo don't back up within 48 hours then a lot will struggle to field 17 in Round 14. (I mean, even more than usual).

I love seeing that sort of aggression out of players. Makes it so much more entertaining. Obviously glad no bronx players got hurt from it, just great to watch (plus we benefited from it lol).

This is for Radley but it applies to Angus too.
The Roosters can apply for an Origin appearance to count towards Radley's suspension to have him back on deck earlier, though the club would need to prove he would have been picked for the Blues for that to be successful

Has a BE of 42. Better trade him fast before he loses more cash.

Bugger that Angus is out. I’ll hold regardless. Can not afford to sell I already sold Pap and Fifita.

If Alvaro is moved to 18th man then I’m down to 2 mids. I don’t trust Griffin. Even if he plays Alvaro probs won’t get more than 25mins. I might have to sell him to Tohu and forget whatever Alvaro would’ve scored next week.

Current team with 17 trades spare and 474k spare:

    Brailey
    Watson Haas Alvaro
    CHN Schuster
    Cleary Moses
    Bird S. Crichton
    Teddy Walsh Pap

    Macca S. Walker Laurie Simonsson
    Roberts Simpkin Angus Peachey

I am hoping Simpkin gets a start sooner rather than later.

I think I’ll do S. Walker to Hynes and I can afford Alvaro to Tohu!

Can’t afford Simpkin to Tohu though.

Thoughts please lads on what I can/should do?

For someone without Walsh or Hynes, Walsh is the smarter play right?

Cheaper, and with better job security

If you can only get 1 of them, then Walsh is the better pick. Could be a long term keeper and plays round 17 (aren't many keepers that play round 17).

    I think so.

I think it’s possibly too late to get Hynes now. Saying this as a non-owner

Does Lucy still pass the eye test with a good base (and play R13?)

My favourite option this week I think, is due for an 85-pointer

Was better off on the edge that Garner has now, received some quality ball there (and Garner scored 2 tries there last week)
