Jones is good for this week, but is not likely to keep a big minute role going forward. At least that's what some of the die-hard Knights fanboys are saying in the office here in Newy

I'm trading Jones in. My expectation is that he plays this round and if I get hit on the arse with a rainbow he might get another run sometime....anything beyond this round is a gamble but it's a bet I'm prepared to lose

I cant resist Jayden Campbell, averaging 10 TBs a game. Not bad for a little fella. Hopefully the next Walsh who forces his way into the team somewhere.
Just checked and isn't tiny like his dad. 6 inches taller at 1.83m.

Toast, you are extra hot buttered today. Twice you’ve made me laugh out loud. I’m now that laughing weirdo at work.

Why sell Crichton? He isn’t even backing up from origin next week so he should definitely play. He will miss R17 but in my view he is a gun keeper.
Disclaimer... I’m selling Haas. High BE, will be backing up, may see reduced minutes.

I'm warming to trading Haas, but I'm sure he bounces back sooner than later.

If Lodge goes soon and they have Carrigan out, he has a huge workload to take on.wolfking wrote:

I didn't realise how cheap he had become until today. Seems like selling at near bottom right now and can't see an upgrade at that price, he has had a couple of bad scoring games and an injury affected one but think he still averages at least 62 or so over the season, so I can't see who could be traded in that would make that trade worthwhile and it would also lock in the lost cash on him

For me it will be a short term thing. I’m hoping he drops a bit of cash over origin and I can trade in another gun who hopefully makes some cash. Then in a few rounds I can switch back. I’m sure it is idealistic but I prefer it to trading in a questionable cow with low job security.

You're right. I will probably hold.

If you have the spare trades to do it then fair enough.

I'm interested on people's thoughts on keeping or selling Tupouniua. I'm inclined to keep after reading the Roosters forum...most seem to think Cordner will be either eased in via the bench then start or stay on the bench for the rest of the year playing say 40 mins due to his vulnerability re concussions. However if the bench scenario is valid & happens does Cordner spell Tupouniua who plays 50-60 mins or would he play middle or would they move Angus to the middle & Cordner plays edge. Cheers.

I have him, definitely holding. Expecting Angus to move to the middle like he did often last season.White Lightning wrote:I'm interested on people's thoughts on keeping or selling Tupouniua. I'm going to keep him, even off the bench he's a great line runner and could score quite well with a few tries. Perfect loop option
