Was speaking with a mate over the game last week and we decided that Jazz wouldn't be in a Warriors Premiership winning team, so it's a shame to see them not listen to us and proceed regardless.

Hunt 669 - seems to be running the ball well - have a soft spot for him as I rode him to my best ever single round rank a few years back.

Mahoney 668 - least likely to regress - although he has lost a few minutes lately and I recall start of year coach saying he wouldn’t play 80

Macca 653 - boring, get what you pay for.  Will be tempted to trade out later.

Lucy 646 - he is fun to watch and hasn’t had his purple patch yet.  Don’t trust Tigers and which half he’ll be playing alongside any given week (BTW, noticed Billy Walters is named at 5/8 in ressies this week)

For team balance, Lucy is the better pick.  But I have him ranked lower than the others as less likely to be a keeper.  Also, slimmer pickings at edge than hooker, half.

Love any thoughts on the pick of these four?

He's a divisive character from what I've heard. If you like him and he likes you, all good. He's not the type of coach to take in all personalities, and then get the best out of them, like a Bennett/Robinson/etc. You either fit into what Griffin wants, or you don't.

SAME. With 13 (14 with a trade) players, I feel I may have 1-2 more players than most and 99% of them aren't fringe first graders I am bringing in for a week (mostly season keeper potential).

Flegler and Roberts are the only two guys I have who you wouldn't want to play week to week. The other 11 are solid. I'm hoping tonight's game is a bit of a back and forth arm wrestle between two average teams so Flegler can rack up some easy points.
