It was a pretty painful last ten minutes.

Got Brooks and that was pure pain, and did Angus' score get discussed here too, last night? Pretty sure he was on 57 with 20min to go and he ended on 61. Nice score, but dramatically under where it could and should have gone.

Anyway, I picked how my bunch of gronks would go this week. Only in it for H2H and in the bye round last week they all scored amazing. This week, back to when it matters, I'm getting 10, 18, 24, 30 and 32 from them. Such an infuriating pastime this game is. Don't think I've ever rage traded in my history, but dying to get rid of Matterson from my team on Tuesday. Arthur has completely wrecked him and he is now unusable, without a phantom try as per last week.

Would love to get rid of Munster too. Jarome Hughes' team now and he was invisible. About 5 times in that second half I seriously thought they'd taken Munster off for an early rest, but nope he was still there doing absolutely nothing at all. Fuck I hate my team.

Anyway, rant over. Sorry for that. Just another horrid weekend but it's been pretty typical this season. 493 with Cotric, Macca and Bird to go. Will I crack 600? Likely not. Scored 575 in the bye last week with something like 8 players.

850 with Bird to come. IPap putting a downer on the weekend. If he is a trade obvious option is Harris, but I'll need a fucking double trade again to get him. Mad

684 from my 14 with only Bird to play.
Always intended to trade Starling and Laurie next week, they’ll drop about 80-90k beforehand which will hurt.
Hoping Fifita isn’t suspended and I can welcome back half my squad next week.

Are we likely to see RTS back at FB with Walsh replacing CHT? Sound like it could be long term

Mate, you’re a great fantasy player, just having a bad year. 100% confident you’ll bounce back.

In fact you are going to be a great value pickup in fantasy fantasy next year Smile

You've had some rotten luck mate and this week is no exception. Keep plugging away, still time to make up lots of ground.

With Matto, I own him too but with IPap sure to miss a few weeks, I reckon he locks up 80 minutes again. I'll hold him. Munster on the other hand, yeah, if you have a spare trade, I'd look at it. Chin up mate.

638 with McCullough, Bird, Hunt, Thompson to come. My 3 gun EDG averaged 35 points each this week

One bright side is CHT's injury should lock RTS in to fullback to use as a POD against Walsh(reckon he plays origin this year)

Might be able to afford Tohu based on the outs not doing too bad

lol, thanks mate, appreciate it. I keep thinking I'll have one last crack at bouncing back and then things somehow get even worse. Can't even comprehend how poorly this year has gone. Hoping it is just a one-year thing as I'd improved heavily year or year over my first three years and now I'm pretty sure this'll end up worse than my first ever year. Either way, I'll keep going through the motions but it hasn't been the fun it has been in the past, this year.

Bad to worse for the Warriors, who also lost Wayde Egan to a significant head laceration and concussion. He required a trip to hospital for treatment, and was said to be “blurred and not in a very good way” by Nathan Brown. He indicated Egan no chance of playing next week

I'll be looking at Laurie to RTS I think, in addition to already owning Walsh

Yeah, I feel like I'll make up some ground at the end of the year too, but I made a comment in jest the other day about flying into the top 9,500 by the end of the year. After this weekend that would be absolute best case scenario and the aim now is to somehow crack the top 10,000 at all.

Interesting about Matto. I wouldn't even be shocked to see Carty line up in his place the way it's going this year.

As for Munster, can't see any way I hold onto him for R17 and beyond. Might give him one last crack next week, because I'm looking at a bunch of guys out again, so it might be one of those any-green-dot-will-do weekends.

I was thinking of getting Simonsson in next week and in my financial position that's probably what I'll have to do. But yes, with a few extra dollars in the bank that Laurie to RTS trade could be a lovely swap.
