If there is enough interest, I'd be happy to do an NRL Fantasy Fanatics Poll. Either a straight up poll or a "game of sheep" version like a few users did a couple of years ago.

Looks like it's going to be a quiet week on the forum.

What is this "Game of Sheep"? Is it some sort of Kiwi Game of Thrones knockoff?

Yeah but a lifetime supply of Red Rooster’s, whatever cash is in the local till,
and a weekly drop of Steggles whole chickens, stuffed with $50 notes... all adds up

Definitely going to be quiet with not much footy on.
I'd be keen for game of sheep again

Game of sheep is where you have to submit an answer to each question that is the answer you think will be the most common answer from the forum. The idea is to figure out who knows the forum members the most. You don't enter what you think the answer is, but what you think the forum will think the answer is. Best explained with an example:
For example, lets say the question is "What year will Kevin Walters get sacked"
Lets say 20 people answer and 5 say 2021, 15 say 2022.
The 5 people who answered 2021 will get 5 points.
The 15 people who answered 2022 will get 15 points
Highest points at end is champ.
The idea therefore is to not submit the answer you believe. So even if you think he'll get sacked in 2021 - the best answer is to say next year because that's what most people answered.

@MTB do you want to set up an Origin 2 & 3 fantasy comp?
I know you missed the first one, but it's never too late right?

Looking at my plans I'll have to keep one of Brailey or Watson for the season. Who would you keep?
Currently leaning towards keeping Watson.
Brailey has the 80min JS and could turn it around and go back to his early season form - but his last month of footy has been poor. Maybe the rep round/bye will freshen him up? If trading Brailey out then Hunt will be my starting hooker with Watson and Verrills as back up.
Watson is Mr Fix It so he fills in whenever there's an injury. However, if he does just keep his bench middle role then he should be good for 45-55 scores when needed. Also has DPP HOK/MID which helps a lot.

Payten is a front runner for the dumb cunt of the year award. A team on the cusp of the 8, with the most damaging ball runner in the league.

If you've got hunt as your starting hok and Verrills as backup then keeping Watson with his dpp would prob come in handy over keeping Brailey

Re: NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 69 - Nice
69 update for Part 69.
Rd 15:
- I Yeo (Panthers) 73min
Yo, what's up everyone. Very sad to see BS69 get injured and miss out on his hat-trick of 69s in 69 min.
Hope everyone enjoys their week off and does something fun like *checks notes* "go outside".
Year to date total: 33 (at the current average it's looking unlikely to hit 69 by season end )
Average per round: 2.2
Two teams yet to register a 69 (Broncos, Roosters).
Rabbitohs and Titans leading with 4 players each.

Sigh: ARL commission will consider changing the kick-off rules and allowing the team that has conceded a try to receive the ball from the restart.

Wtf this would be a massive shift in the game. I've been OK with everything so far but this is just nuts.

What Gus said was correct. Receiving the kick off is a disadvantage, not an advantage. So fucking dumb.
