Take out Talau but add TPJ and timoko (yeah I know I shouldn’t have listened to the 6-0 unanimous poll saying pick him over gagai who naturally got 84 and timoko got dropped)

Both of those I took risks on and got well and truly punished. Not my year. I am a big decision over outcome guy but sometimes you have to take some gambles and I’ve been burned hard.

If I’d been able to start with Cleary and keep lodge, croker and averillo at the start of the year my season would look very different!

    Lessons:
avoid mid rangers with short term rises who are underpriced gun mirages
Avoid any centre with no JS no matter how many tbs they may get in 1 or 2 games
Go back to your no dickhead policy to reduce suspensions

    Ain't that the truth. lol!

Anyone mildly tempted by Finucane @ $477?
Rock solid JS, injury affected average this year, could be due a bump and be good for 40ish average for the remainder of the year.

40ish average has no business in your trade ins from here on out I would assume.

Thinking about trading in a player averaging 50+ with less than 3% ownership.

Needing a WFB and wondering if it's worth spending the extra $111K to go for Will Kennedy, or just save the cash and go with Simonsson?

Just checked his 2020 average, thanks for the confirmation.
I'm over Schuster and don't need half or edge cover.
    Looking for a decent Rd.17 scorer for < $628
Already have Paps, Johnson, CHN, Moses etc.
    Any thoughts.

Jackson? You get what you pay for. Pluses are the Round 17, the DPP, and the fact that he never gets injured (although he did get injured this year). Low ceiling if you're playing catch-up but don't mind it if your rank's already good.

6 red dots - Cleary, TPJ, Curran, Walsh, Schuster, Pappy.

Even with 2 trades i still have to play Bailey fkn Simonsson on the bench Laughing ...yuck

Bigger problem is i don't really want to trade any of those guys. Held pappy this long, Schuster & Curran round 17 - Curran around about peak though so at least there's no more money to be made, Cleary unknown, Walsh gunning it and only out short term. TPJ i don't mind trading possibly to SJ. 13 trades left seems above average though so there's that.

Curran isolation ends on day of R17 game so unlikely to play if not training beforehand so no R17 bonus

Curran & TPJ would be sells of that lot

Jackson Topine averaging 40 points from 55 minutes coming off the bench.

Wonder how he goes starting on the edge

Not sure Bailey Biondi-Odo (a Half), Chris Patolo (Edge Back Rower or Middle Forward) will play with Lachlan Lewis,
Ofahiki Ogden and Renouf Atoni sitting on the extended bench.

Was holding Albert Kelly because of his low BE but this was in NRL casualty ward update

There was more bad news for Brisbane with Albert Kelly, Karmichael Hunt, Alex Glenn and Brendan Piakura all reportedly suffering new injuries at a training session on Sunday.

I am planning to trade TPJ to Harris and then one other. Will need to see what is happening with Cleary.

Currently looking at trading TPJ. I'm tossing up whether I should go for a round 17 player like Taupau/Thompson or go for a "better" player like Haas/Murray. All of them are priced quite similiarly. Thoughts?
