The Roosters played poor in last nights game, ball handling was terrible. They weren't able to slow Melbourne down which is poor defense. The Storm on the other hand had great line speed in attack, looked like breaking the line every moment, their defense was solid, didn't give the Roosters a chance to gain much field position.
You'd expect better from a top 4 team

Verrills 37, or bring in Simonsson/S Crichton?

There unique blow-outs this year, it's two of the better teams and often one gets pummelled. Like a precession once it starts, we'll done to the rule and game changes Nrl. Hate to admit it, but I was flicking between Nrl and Afl last night, which is happening more and more. The Suns got all the calls last night is my take away !

Whilst Hynes is scoring and playing he is set and forget, why is everyone week after week weighing up his value, let's wait until Pappy is back and free of any restriction first aye lads.

Yeah I don't get it hey. He's averaging 60 (at fb) in a team that is blowing away every team they play. While he's starting at fb he will be in my team.

Lots of people with Verrills in the loop and asking about taking the 37 or gambling .... I am in the same boat and definitely taking a shot with Gamble.

Interested to hear people's thoughts on where the cut-off should be, and whether or not it matters who the loopee is.

If somebody comes in and scores 20, you have only lost 17 points, I know that can be the difference between winning and losing your H-2-H but I'd hate it even more if 'they' scored a 50 sat in my EMGs .... but the counter-argument of course is that I'd only have lost 13 points in that case.... hmmm.

I think 40, psychologically, has a much better feel about it than 37. I reckon that's the line .... too much to gamble and not as much upside, even for just that 3 extra points.

More for me he’s just one of those high price players I can move onto Origin guns post Origin

He’s eventually going to lose spot and tank in cash so may as well sell high

Been one of my best trades of the year getting on early (though came at cost of missing Walsh early on)

I’m playing Gamble for sure. Been actually really good scorer bar that outlier 4 point game

Though that happened when I last willingly put him in my 17

My only loop in option for Verrills is one James Roberts, that's how you make it an easy decision
