I take full responsibility, but I had Manu set for a trade in and then shifted to Egan at the last moment.
I still think over the next 5 weeks Egan outscores Manu.

Last thought for the week is wether to get AFB for Harris.
Not having a timeline is frustrating indeed

Taukeiaho played first 48 then didn't come back. Will need to add some depth to that bench real quick if we want to do anything in the finals, JWH and Radley can't play those minutes every week.

Fantasy I grabbed Schoupp last minute as DPP cash out so very happy with his performance. He looks like on of the few first graders in the Dogs team as well so happy with job security. 273 with SJ(C), AFB and Walsh to come probably won't see me move much more

View on Verrills in real life?  I realise the Roosters have had issues at hooker but that seems another vulnerability. Not sure any team can carry a hooker with no running game, no significant impact in defence, and the occassional error (although Manly seems to be doing OK with Croker...).

Harris will have a high BE so his price will drop. If you've got trades he could be one you sell this round and buy back cheaper for the last month.

Im considering the same trade but I dont have Haas, so think id rather wait for Haas over AFB

I wouldn't worry about Manu too much, he wont play fullback every week. Ive had him for about 3 weeks and when Teddy plays he struggles to get his hands on the ball

Yeah good point. I don’t know if I’ll have the trades to bring anyone back that’s not name Cleary and Fifita. Got the day to ponder

yeah that HIA/shoulder injury was a real kick in the nuts. A sextuple whammy:

    - low score
    - terrible captaincy option
    - non-availability for the bye round
    - $44k price drop
    - uncertain return date
    - high BE on return

Punted Harris for Manu and happy enough with the trade in. He'll sit fine in the centres the rest of the year. Have to decide if AFB comes in for Jones or Bird.

Still looks a bit rusty getting up the speed after the 2 lay offs. I think he is the best of some bad options (Verrills, Lussick, Marschke, Keighran or Hutchinson out of position) that between them can provide 90% of what Friend did at 50% of the cost. At this stage of his career Verrills is probably better off being on the bigger end of a 50/30 minute split. His service looks good and he seems to make the right decision most of the time.

If you can't get a star hooker that excels in everything I'd want one that has good service and can make a difference defensively. Verrills can hopefully be that guy by 2022

Emergency meeting was called for today so definitely expect we hear something today. They might wait until after the Sharks Warriors game to not throw a cat among the pidgeons

Abdo is one of the better CEO's we've had, see what he and PV come up with.

Coming off an ACL injury and then another few months on the sidelines, I don't expect him to be back to his best until he gets a full pre-season in again.

He has shown plenty of promise in the past. He played at Hooker in the 2019 grand final and scored the opening try, he can deliver on big stages.

    Feeling a Walsh banner today.

As a Sharks fan and lover of Ramien, all I'll add is that watching him closely leads to you feeling he is one moment away from suspension every time he is involved.

Don't like him ever since he literally laughed on live tv at the idea of giving Warriors a season in NZ
