I imagine the Warriors physios aren’t actually qualified to cut some costs. 

They just look at some past cases and have a little guess.

He has a high BE, plenty of players on the chopping block like Brailey if an upgrade is needed.

NRL Physio: Tohu Harris (grade 2-3) & Chad Townsend (grade 3) both named on extended bench for the Warriors, a chance to return 2 weeks after suffering AC joint injuries. Within the expected 2-4 week range, when they do return usually with the aid of pain killing injections/padding

Hahaha I love Griffin for trying from a game theory perspective, but I'm pretty sure it would mean - assuming everyone is fit - playing with 16 (29 squad - 12 suspensions - Rava).

This did cross my mind, I didn't bother looking into it though.

It's just annoying asf because like Nathan Brown quoted last week 'It will be 2 weeks before we can even think about getting those boys back' (Tohu and Chad). So yeah kinda a slap in the face but oh well

Also annoying for those that brought in AFB like myself. Although I suppose Tohu doesn't drastically affect AFB's mins.

It's not like he's fully named, in all likelihood he won't play and even next week is not a certainty. It's not like you guys traded him out because he was gone for 5 weeks, it was a decision to bolster R17 numbers.
