We have family from QLD who are currently here on holiday. Will they need to fly home in the next week? Tough to find some definitive answers from this side of the tasman
No additional restrictions for people wanting to leave NZ for Australia however if they have flights booked already it would be worth checking with the airline whether those flights will still be happening.

Oh right. They didn’t have any flights home booked and we’re heading home in a couple of weeks time. So are you saying that if the flights are available then they will have a normal return home?filthridden wrote:

I imagine they'll have limited flights after the seven day window so may struggle to find free seats depending on what the demand is.
No new restrictions incoming to Australia and I would guess that's unlikely to change as long as NZ is COVID-free.

Haha I have scouted most of the breweries I'm keen on already but not even sure if I'll be drinking anyway.
Might hit you up closer to the time, still up in the air whether I'll be able to get up that way.

Yeah same unless I trade. Shuffled Burton to centre but leaves me with 16 anyway. Here's hoping Hughes plays also.

Tiger Woods was outed pretty spectacularly, but it seems it took a few hundred women before his wife found out.ytsb wrote:Never see any other professional sports players under the spotlight for COVID breaches or "sex scandals", cheating ect. Either NRL players are extremely unprofessional (which is pathetic given some of their wages), or the media focusses on NRL players for clicks. The behaviour of NRL players never ceases to amaze me.

Depending where you are mate you gotta check out Ten Toes, Terella and Noosa Heads. Moffat Beach is pretty ok as well.

I agree as well mate. I’d want a look at him first before getting him.wolfking wrote:Honestly starting to think it might not be worth waiting for Cleary. Not sure.
I’m starting to think they bring him back round 22 against the Dragons it’s an ideal game to test his shoulder out. And you’d want a look at him first for a week before buying him again which takes it to round 23.
If I forego Cleary I hope to be able to bring in maybe Ipap and Ponga next week or maybe Mahoney.

Teddy and Angus the only ones in action for me tonight. Expecting a fair slip in the rankings without the likes of Watson, Hughes and Hynes.

TRAPine. I had him a few times, usually towards the start of the season but he failed to live up to expectations every time. Maybe it is like you said....and that I got sucked in a couple of times by his end of year performances and thinking he was moving up the pecking order, when in reality it was likely just increased involvement due to injuries perhaps. It'll take a lot for me to go there again. (though that said, next pre-season I'll be looking again....)
I started the season with him this year, was on fire playing amazingly well before injury, but doesn't matter how well he plays when Sticky hasn't given him more than 44 minutes all season until yesterday's game. At 56 minutes a game in the middle, like yesterday he is a dead set gun. Really hope he is one of the casualties from a really poor Raiders season and goes to a club that sees his real value as a match winner.

Who is the best option? Taumalolo, Murray or AFB?
Taumalolo is a proven elite gun who seems to have redound the form which puts him in the gun category year after year
Murray has had some big scores but relies more off attacking stats
AFB is cheaper and has scored 70+ in 2 of his last 3 games but played 70+ minutes in those two games which shouldn’t be a regular occurrence.

Well AFB had no choice than to play 70+ minutes with everyone going down around himFalconSloth wrote:Who is the best option? Taumalolo, Murray or AFB?

Got a mate that runs a burger truck at all of the above depending on the day, is a bloody good burger and worth getting while you're there.
