I haven't taken many gambles this year so felt I was due for one.Liverpool_Bulldog wrote:
I captained him last week. Granted 60 was better but was expecting him to score close to that most weeks.

Shame the World Cup isn't happening (or at least isn't happening properly), a Manu/Hughes/Cheese spine would have been pretty good
If the Kiwis ever play again, I'd love to see that. Chuck in Dylan Brown too (is he still eligible?).

Would anyone loop in Verrills' 37 or should I go through with a trade out of SJ to Ponga, Doueihi or Latrell? I've got 6 trades left and the potential points upside could be big but I don't 'need' to trade this week and there could be a better use for it in later weeks.
TU: Loop 37
TD: Trade out SJ leaving me with 5 trades for the rest of the season

I think with trades in hand the trade out will be fine for ya.
If it left ya with 1 or 2 then I’d say take the 37

1. Manu
6. Brown/Foran
7. Hughes
8. JFH
9. BSmith
10. JWH
13. NAS
Fill in the rest from whoever's eligible and it's still a pretty good base.

SJ is an expensive loop if you don’t trade him. He has to go at some point and you have the trades.

Big new contract through to 2025, right?

TU/TD thread is 5-2 in favour of Doueihi over Ponga now. My gut still says Ponga with the Broncos twice and Dogs to come though.
Gotta go with the gut on this one, right?

Sharks star Shaun Johnson has played his last game for the club after scans revealed his torn hamstring will sideline him for the rest of the season.
Cronulla coach Josh Hannay on Friday said it was unsure whether the Kiwi veteran, who is returning to the Warriors next season, would remain with the club in their South-East Queensland bubble.
Hannay said that even if the rehab went well, Johnson would be highly unlikely to play again even if the seventh-placed Sharks make the finals.
Johnson limped off with the hamstring injury during the first half of their win over the Bulldogs last Sunday.
Fellow playmaker Matt Moylan will not return this Sunday against Manly at Redcliffe from his calf injury.

I voted and have traded in Ponga
I reckon TU/TD are still mostly guided by who scored the most points last week.

After recent performance I’d take the 37.

I don't ever vote in them because like you said most of the answers are short term. I've also traded in Ponga
