I punted Fog to Murray last week.

This week will be something like Angus & Hynes to Cleary and *anyone*

Hopefully Brailey has used his week off to think about getting back into the regular 60's.

Well that was sobering

Made two moves this weekend which summed up my season

For some reason I reversed CHN to Ponga and did Brailey to Ponga instead, leaving Mahoney as my starting hooker

Then once Mahoney went down I reversed Hynes to Munster in the vain hope that Hynes was going to play more minutes than last week, which proved both wrong and foolish (I also thought it would buy me some time but forgot that I had left myself with about four players that need to be traded out urgently )

Also have held Cleary this whole time.....

My decision making has been pretty ordinary this year....a trip to the room of mirrors is required in the off season or maybe I just outsource my thinking

I will however stick it out until the bitter end...mainly for the lols at this stage

ranked 3692 so I'm not too worried about my rankings just my H2H which I have a bye in for every one of my leagues. I have 1 trade left and I have Mahoney, Crichton and CHN so I will probably use my last trade on Mahoney. This leaves me with two decisions.
1. Do I use the trade this week or potentially save the risk of trading in a red dot by waiting until next week to make the trade

2. Do I trade in a HOK (probably Cook) when my HOK depth is Croker, Verrills and Hetherington. one or two of which will probably be in my 17 anyway if CHN is still benched or do I trade in a MID because I only have 3 solid scorers with Crichton suspended and only Peachey and Hetherington on my bench?

Non Cleary options I'm considering that still give me enough cash to get Cleary when he returns.

Munster- Good run of form, POD. High chance of being rested though.

Cook- Quite a lot of average scores by his standards this year but always dangerous.  

Manu- 5 round AVG of 68. Scored a try in every one of those games but not unrealistic he can't continue that form.  

Grant- I'm not crash hot about picking a player that starts on the bench but the way he plays it probably isn't a big worry.

Pearce- Knights have a favourable draw and while he needs attacking stats, his floor of 47 in 80 minutes is pretty decent.  

JDB- If he keeps up the big minute Lock role then he could be a real POD option. Just don't tell anyone else on the internet I'm even considering him.

Our top two players are ranked 68th and 70th.
I can't imagine how disappointed Toast is with this.

Mine jumped to 1070. First time I've been disappointed with an extra point.

Ended up on 978 for the round. Pretty much par.

This would be a good week for Papy to be named at FB.

Just looked at FF L7, The Bludgers came a respectable 4th.
Not sure who the Brixton Steelers are, but well done.

Mahoney and Angus out for the rest of the year... Holding that CHN trade looks like the right move so far. Have 2 trades remaining so can move on the likes of Mahoney, Angus, CHN to anyone around the 750K mark.. most likely Murray at this stage. Will re-evaluate later in the week. I am 240 points off first place in my work league and I am coming home strong; where the guy up top is out of trades.
