NRL Fantasy 2021 Part 84 - I got 99 problems, and a lack of trades is one of them

Ended up on 999 for the round. 1 bloody point.

Crichton to Murray for my last trade looks a goer.  Only leaves me with 18K, which is solid.

The title of this thread burns. A couple of rounds ago I was giving the top 10 a nudge....and I thought 'yeah, my bench cover is more than adequate, I can burn that last trade....'

Nek minnit. 4 injuries and 3 suspensions and I've dropped out of the top 500 this week.

Do it mate I would. With Souths still playing for a top 2 spot Murray should still play big mins. If we aren’t playing for anything in round 25 he could get a few less mins but still worth getting him I think.

The Ponga points got added overnight so I’m stoked. 1020 for me for the week rank in from 2347 to 2043.

Teddy, Turbo, Ramien, Manu, Murray, etc.... all killed it for me. My 2 lowest scores were Macca 47 and Haumole 35.

There's simply no point holding Angus unless he downgrades the charge to 2 weeks or something.

If you have 17 green dots surely you don’t rush to sell Crichton if you have one or two trades. You wait until you lose a player who can’t be covered to use that trade?

Any update on Angus' charge and whether the Roosters will be challenging it at the judiciary? Assuming they will be, but haven't seen anything official

That's my plan at the moment - got one trade left and (at the moment) only Crichton and Rocco Berry out, so I can cover him with Watson.

That said, if he fights the charge and loses (meaning he misses out until finals week 1), I may just trade him, since if he's at least back for the last round, that could be crucial when other teams rest everyone

Last trade. Mahoney -> WFB (to maximise coverage, have ok HOK depth), or hold Mahoney until a more obvious problem to fix happens?
