I'd just spend 1 trade and get someone a little cheaper like Jackson/Matterson or the vast array of guns around that price if you don't need EDG/MID

That's fair. I've got Jackson already but Matterson freaks me given he's one bad knock away from retirement. Friz maybe given Knights draw? Murray feels borderline must-have at the same time, avg of 63 in 65 mins excluding his injury game and an early mark during the origin period and his minutes get bigger against better teams. Got 6 trades so might burn that extra one for the upside

You'd be a brave one to think a player that got a 24 minute bench role has a secure spot after not making the team for the prior 3 months.

That being said, stranger things have happened?

hahaha I mean it is the tigers after all, there's no such thing as a secure spot

Fuck my teams a mess, have Mahoney, Crichton and Fogarty to deal with, along with underperforming guys like Taumalolo, Hynes and Watson still hanging around. Probably going to get knocked out of my leagues this weekend after finishing 1st or 2nd in nearly all of them. Fantasy can kick you in the arse when you think you are looking good.

    I blame Wayde Egan.

Season over no trades too many injuries to cover. Sitting duck in the finals.

Not sure if you guys know, but in the iOS app, you can see who your opponents traded in when you click on the blank face( happens when the traded out player has played). Can always match if you need too. Hope this helps someone.

Good luck to all the H2H players and see you all next year!

I came dead last in L1 and even that was overstating my performance 😂…..the pressure got to me. Need a season in the Bush leagues to remember why I fell in love with the game and maybe I can start enjoying my NRLF again 🤔

Geez, that is a tough run mate.
You must have hit every team when their players all gunned it.
I gotta admit The Bludgers can play like spuds one week and smash it the next - it's a bit like the Titans or the Warriors.

If I scored more points than everyone else I would be first.

Mad Monday this year starts on the 6/9.  Coincidence?  I think not.

Been happening to me for years that the team I come up against gets their best score for the year or the highest score for the round, especially in SC. Rolling Eyes

Question is, is it worth using my final trade on Watson to Grant? Or too much of a luxury trading a green dot. Feels like a good points upgrade, but not sure it's worth the risk.

I'd keep Watson, and be mindful Crichton will pay ROUND 25.

FalconSloth wrote:ranked 3692 so I'm not too worried about my rankings just my H2H which I have a bye in for every one of my leagues. I have 1 trade left and I have Mahoney, Crichton and CHN so I will probably use my last trade on Mahoney. This leaves me with two decisions.
    1. Do I use the trade this week or potentially save the risk of trading in a red dot by waiting until next week to make the trade

    2. Do I trade in a HOK (probably Cook) when my HOK depth is Croker, Verrills and Hetherington. one or two of which will probably be in my 17 anyway if CHN is still benched or do I trade in a MID because I only have 3 solid scorers with Crichton suspended and only Peachey and Hetherington on my bench?

I'd risk keeping Croker as he has a good score in him, plus he has a decent draw; CHN could well be starting again soon (you know Ricky), and Crichton will be available for the last round.

Given you have the Bye this week I would probably hold, but if you feel the need to trade (as things can change mid-round) I would dump Mahoney for someone who has the best average in a position you're a little weak on.

Best MID to trade in? Already have Haas, Papali'i, Murray. Thinking Jackson/Barnett/De Belin

    I’d rank them Barnett/Jackson/JDB

I’d chuck Curran in there too. Has a 55+ average starting at second row

160 odd footballers on the Gold Coast for Mad Monday, what could go wrong. This week will for ever be known as Foolies.
