Thought on Munster getting rested before finals? Seems likely, but he did have quite a bit of time off already.

Pretty likely because that's just what Bellamy does. They'll have the minor premiership well wrapped up before R25 where they face the Sharks. He'll probably trot out a Johns/Hynes halves pairing that week.

Kelly being recalled isn't good for Gamble's big KM"s though. They will probs share the kicking role now.

After Kev said just last week he's been very happy with Isaako.
That's just old Kev being 'honest with the players' again....I had a mini rant about this last week but now I'm pretty sure he doesn't actually remember what he says most of the time. His press conferences are like his game plans.....he takes his inspiration from the beat writers and goes 'all stream of consciousness'

Hopefully not too much. They've been winning games/close to games thanks to Gamble's kicking. He's improved leaps and bounds

What, do you want me to actually go back and check what I said before to verify my facts before making a blanket generalisation
I think the rant (mine) was about him constantly saying one thing in press conferences and then the opposite thing happening. He also said something along the lines of 'if there's one thing I want to be it's honest with my players'.
I implied that if he didn't know what was going on (and sometimes it appears he has no say in player movements etc. which is fine) then maybe he should stop commenting.
But back to the Isaako comment, this has not been the first time he has said someone had a good/great game and then they get dropped the next week.
From memory, he actually said Croft had a great game last week post match. He probably is honest with them face to face but I'm not sure the inconsistency with what he says in his press conferences is doing anyone any favours....maybe a more Bennet like approach to press would help until he sorts his team out.

he's not very good at press, that's for sure, but i don't think any players are watching press conferences to find out what the coach thinks of them.
i just don't see why it would matter what he says to the media who are just looking for a headline. He's not going to say "yeah isaako is playing terribly, i'm going to drop him next week'.
