More often than not I can read these as a non subscriber if I go to the twitter page of one of these journalists who work for the DT, especially if I have just cleared my cache, but it won't work if I go to use it a second time for that same link.

Assuming its due to the NRL bubble, Dogs unable to bring someone up for NSW Cup and they don't have enough players available for selection atm.

EDIT So they have Hetho, Thompson, Napa suspended. Ogden, Chris Smith, and RFM are injured, plus Atoni has gone back to sydney for birth of child.

It appears as though Corey Waddell has simply been dropped though.

If the game is decided by a Horse or James try, then there may be some opinions flying around about the whole thing.

If Warriors lose to the dogs, and subsequently miss out on the 8 to the Raiders by 2 points, they'll be a bit pissed off.

Ditto knights (who play the dogs next week) if James/Horse stick around.
luke Thompson back next week so at least one of them should be gone

There will no doubt be some I told you so's around, but for me personally there definitely isn't one perfect formulaic process to Nrl fantasy. It's the undiscovered Midas season anyone one of us  could be moments away from.

If you keep making fundamentally sound decisions you can capitalise when the luck goes your way. No point being lucky on a couple of picks if the rest of your squad is trash

Pretty much if you are good enough to make the top ~1000 consistently you are good enough to win it if the cards fall your way

Hoping to continue to get lucky with injuries and make a big push over this last month.

Don’t know where I’ll end up but hopefully an improvement on where I’ve spent most of this year

Shout out to everyone who didn't start with Cleary and who's season is like the olympics and been postpooned for a year. @ynot , how about a graph of highest placed who started without Cleary with an axis of when they brought him in

I can't claim that slowed me down, Cleary was always a certainty in my eyes. Perhaps should have offloaded, I was so close. It would have meant my last 3 trades would have been totally different and earlier, so would have most likely been two guns in and a playable other. Meaning 16 this week instead of 13. I just rubbed it in to myself again. Cunt.

I could be mistaken, but didn't you trade Crichton to Cleary after Rd 1? I remember discussing it with Welshy who was close to doing it too..

Have watched Verrills get a couple of 40s recently sitting in my emergencies. This week he is getting the call up as starting hooker. Saw him take a couple of runs last week so looks like he is ready to unleash his running game

I definitely could be wrong that you made that trade. It was a discussion though since Crichton had been the non-Cleary owners captain, but got suspended for Rd 2. Holding the trade didn't look bad when Cleary was suspended for Rd 3 and Fifita proved an adequate 2nd option. Not having Cleary from Rd 4 on was a burial though..

Haven’t the warriors been loaning players for the past two seasons?

I don't mind the loan system during covid times but it should be null and void once things go back to normal.

You have a top 30 for a reason.

The TPJ situation should never be allowed. The extended deadline is ridiculous.

Don't mind the loan system, but surely it should be a last resort i.e. play all your contracted players first, and only use loans if absolutely necessary. Dropping Waddell seems a bit shit, especially while the Warriors are still a Mathematical Chance.

Is Lolo to Grant too much of a luxury as my last trade?
