The most annoying thing for me is that there is a clear reason why the rules are as they are. If you could get 6-again from an accidental touch off a kick, then you could see kickers try aiming for defenders to try and get a set restart. I don't think that is really what Phil Gould wants.
There is no need to go changing rules every time 1 freak situation occurs.
Certainly if the Ch9 team was put in charge the game would descend into madness as referees would be instructed to throw at the rule book and just apply whatever "feels right"
