Could always hop on Starling I’m considering it.

Those who have Moale take him out I can’t see him starting Sele, Knight, Havili are ahead.

Hey guys, first post and first time playing fantasy in some years - last time I played it was called dream team. Just wondering how the reserves work now. Before you needed a certain amount of players on the bench in each position but now it seems like I could have 8 halves if I pleased. So my question is could I trade say Nathan Cleary for David Fifita mid season so long as they're on my bench? And what is the general strategy for the make up of positions on the bench?

I’m watching first half of Warriors v Storm Katoa, Berry and Coates going well. King scoring at a good rate.

    Welcome

And yes you could have 8 halves in your team, and you could trade Cleary for Fifita mid season.
Best strategy is to make sure you have plenty of cover for all positions on your bench to save you having to make unnecessary trades.
You generally want to have players that score reasonably well as your 4 interchange players and your high risk cheap cashcows in the 4 EMG spots.

You can have 8 halves on the bench if you want.

It is not a good strategy, because if a player in your starting 13 doesn't play, they can only be replaced by someone with the same position in your 14-21.

So most people try and have at least 1 person covering for each position in the 14-21, makes DPP very valuable to cover all positions but still have as many high scorers as possible.

In previous years stacking your bench with as many hookers as possible (whilst still covering other positions) was a common ploy.
Last year with the NRL rule changes having lots of halves was the way to go
This year they have changed scoring so kick metres aren't as important, so stacking halves will probably make way for something else.

Another option would be starting with Sexton instead of Papy. It does mean that I'll have to run a cheapie WFB cow at the back

I hear Johnny Trapcow may be available at base price when he's added to fantasy.

Just watching on delay, that shoulder charge from Trindall makes it even less likely he'll be partnering Hynes in rd1. I figured it was going to be Moylan anyway.

Does anyone know to find a NRL Fixture Difficulty Rating (FDR) Draw like the FPL/EPL version below ?

    https://fantasy.premierleague.com/fixtures/fdr

If not, is someone willing and kind enough to make one for all of us.

    Cheers in advance Cheers🤞

The silver lining of the Papenhuyzen injury is it opens the door for Meaney to score an even 50 in round 1 and then do an ACL in training
