But in the last two games, it seems like kick metres have not been factored into his score. If this is indeed the case, it puts his value as a HLF in a whole new light and almost makes him a must have??

EDIT: The error looks like it actually stems from NRL stats, not MTBs site

    What makes you say that?

MTBS site overstates him if anything, using the old scoring.

Should have scores of 66, 32, 30 in his 3 games at 5/8th

Koula will get a run soon enough. This year's Crichton.

Thompson is like Leniu, just rewatching him in the trials. Huge work rate, strong. Club seems to love him.

Vailea fits my budget, $240k for an EMG CTR looks fine to me. Is there on form coming into the season, not injury.

I havent had a look at what is going on, but my site doesnt do any calcs for fantasy points, it just gets their score from the nrl site, so always a chance things wont add up properly

Carry on! Nothing to see here. I was giving too much value to kick metres

Which also means fantasy points on my site should be correct for the first game (round) of the season despite me not having added the extra stats columns yet (assuming nrl site doesnt fuck it up.. haha)

Burton in centres, Hynes at WFB, but the idea of Ilias and Schneider as starting halves doesn’t look right.

Agreed. One of my rules from 2019 was never start the season without a gun half. None appeal at the moment because it requires sacrificing gun hooker cover. We will see how the cookie crumbles money-wise. To answer your question, I think that Walker appeals the most out of players in the 350-500k range (except Wilton, gone Fermor over him).

Probably sits around his value imo. Doesnt really have an attacking game to add points and the broncos are pretty dull around the ruck

My current draft. Fairly happy with it for now. Kinda want a 'gun' half in there like SJ, Sexton or Hunt but want both Burton and Aitken. Keeper CTRs and play first bye, saves trades (all things considered). Tago could become Vailea to turn someone else into a HLF?

    Mahoney (vc)
    Haas (c), AFB, Bullemor
    Fermor, Nanai
    Burton, Schneider
    Aitken, Penisini
    Papi, Hynes, Crichton

    Mann, Randall, Tuilagi, Ilias
    Tago, Coates, Fifita, M King

Why wouldn't you just buy him in round six or whatever when he does actually get a run, and you are desperate for a base price cash out to come along?

It could equally be round 2. If Walker is back next week, I can use Koula on the loop.

If I get lucky, he does a Crichton and scores 30 round 1.

Need to save the cash now to get the 17 I want.
