NRL Fantasy 2022 Part 7 - Guess the total fantasy points scored Thursday!

I thought about Mitchell for a moment too, but it's not worth it imo.

If you run with Mitchell rd 1, over say Teddy, and assume they're gonna average the same and not get inj/susp, you still lose the round 1 premium score to a cheap, that's 30 points lets say, meaning Mitchell's slot averages 1-2ppg less in this scenario, no?

Is Mitchell a good chance to maintain his playing form from last year, so that the added kicking duties make a positive difference?

S'pose questions can be leveled at the alternative, this case Tedesco. I prefer Teddy atm.

Look at Manly draw round 3 they’ve got the Dogs Turbo could score 120 then Raiders and Knights etc...

I’m surprised so many on here don’t have Turbo I might just have to get him in save myself 2 trades later trying to get him.

Both floor and ceiling should be advantage Burton, goal kicks, great runner, strong kicking game, not to mention playable at CTR, which makes him a season keeper.

Don't think any of the others are close.

I have Arrow and Carrigan in that range.

They all seem like reasonable round 1 punts. Clifford I really like, the cheaper of the lot as well?

Then you work out what you need to sacrifice to have Turbo over Teddy / Papy / Mitchell / Hynes

Now I have changed Paulo to Billy Smith… I really wanted Paulo though. Haven’t seen Penisini, is he a goer or are we taking a gamble on him? I think Billy Smith can thrive on the right edge and Paulo slots into one of the most dangerous left edges in the comp.

You've got to generate cash from somewhere. I'm actually starting 3 of these players in my 17.

Now Penisini has turned into Paulo. Can see him scoring a hatty against the Broncos and Penisini getting a few missed tackles marking up on Fifita (assuming he is on that edge)

Koula named on the bench and ownership jumps up 7% to 22%, weird. I was expecting him outside of the 17 and was planning to grab him.

Hope he has been training for the Walker 45 minute MID role and can loop him in

Yeah no covid shot for me, have had strong immunity my whole life. The fam got sick in March 2020, my wife copped it the worst due to autoimmune issues. She's vaxxed now.suspected long covid too, she's still not 100%. Glad were getting into the endemic stage.
