Coates 30 looks good for looping because my other choices are Billy Smith or Walters.

What kind of a start to the season am I having?

I would honestly been tempted to take the punt. Billy Smith against a Manly edge that let in a couple tries last week. Walters is a tricky one, would love to see him play more than 10 minutes but likely won't happen unless injury or HIA.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2022 Part 13 - Rolled Coates
Was a bit of a rollercoaster last night (mainly rage though) so here are my takeaways.
Grant - Owners from round 1 didn't deserve to be pashed on the dick with a 70+ score. Glad he ran out of steam. I still think it's the year of the edges (see Mahoney)
Cwalk - I think he still has PTSD from that pass that lost us the GF. Usually, he knows exactly where and when to pass, but obviously, he has no confidence.
Rabs - Was right about Paulo not being a CTR. We should have listened to him earlier.
Mitchell Pearce - Can we sign him, please? Thoughts Rabs?
Jing - Owners can stop saying how he isn't a buy now. Plodders with big mins get good scores.

I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised but wouldn’t be playing billy smith. Was missing tackles as third man in last week, Harper the one likely to go 50+

Hey everyone,
Kind of stuck with trades for this week so thought I would ask for some help.
My team has two red dots (SJ, Russell) that I need to trade out.
I have $928k to spend for two players in any position. I'm thinking Tago is definitely a must and the other could be either Gilbert, Martin, Edwards, Clifford or anyone else under $555k.
Who has the best upside?
Already have Randall, Mann, Bully, Wilton, Nanai, Ming, SCrichton.
Cheers

Do you have Grant? Just do SJ to Tago and bank the cash for likes of Grant next week

I don't have Grant, my hookers are Randall and Clark.
I could do that and trade Fermor to Grant next week.

I would look at something like that. Clark was destined for average score before try last week

I don’t get the Leniu starting? Didn’t he start last year was still only able to play short minutes? Also, his minutes didn’t improve that much and was scoring as bad as he does when he starts from the bench?

On Grant, gees his score fell off a cliff in that second half. What score was he on at half time?

Did you get that 28 from memory, or from checking it out on footystats?

Hard to say without full structure of team. I saw you thought Fermor to Grant - what about Clark to Grant next week instead?Mac Attack wrote:Hey everyone,

Would another option be Tuilagi this week instead of the ones you listed?

Re: NRL Fantasy 2022 Part 13 - Rolled Coates
Wouldn't mind some opinions on what to do with Jake Simpkin.
He's in my team and totally underwhelmed me last week. He's not a great defender and looked like he didn't really consider scooting much at all, and when he did he looked slow.
I now can't see the upside I thought when I picked him.
I had intended to not use a trade this week... but.... I have no royalty in my team and feel that bringing in a King (of the M variety) may give me more points and $120k in the bank.
