I watched the Manly press conference to see if they mentioned anything on Bullemor.

Journos asked explicit questions about tactics. "teams seem to be kicking a lot to Jason Saab, do you have a plan on how to deal with that?"

I'd love it if Des gave an honest answer like
"No plan, its an obvious weakness of ours and we're just kind of hoping other teams don't notice"

    Kurt Mann
    Base Rd 1: 37
    Base Rd 2: 36

    Negs Rd 1: -5
    Negs Rd 2: -8

    Attack Rd 1: 13
    Attack Rd 2: 2

Doesn't seem like a sell to me but probably not enough value to buy if you didn't start with him

Is Dale Finucane this years Josh Jackson? The guy who we all ignore but seems to have a 60+ min role in the mid and you know what you're going to get?

40+ tackles, around the 100m mark and very few errors as he's the consummate professional...? Any thoughts here?

Probably starts on the bench this week.
    McInnes back to lock.

Probably not someone I’d buy now, but a nice starting pick I guess

Was in my preseason planning but I think he is the loser of McInnes getting big minutes. Finucane should still be good for 50 odd minutes but I don't think there is much upside

Isn't he the Club Captain though?

Completely see your point and I forgot before I posted. Is there a way the pack shuffles to keep him in the mids for 60+, or role's about to change bigtime?

There's been a fair few comments about DFifita not getting enough ball in the media, I'm sure Holbrook would be aware of the issue by now.

Campbell is playing like his job security is based on his ability to individually break through the defensive line. Just craziness.

All it should take is Holbrook saying to Campbell, your job is to get Fifita into space, then follow him looking for a return ball. If you cant do that I will need to get Brimson back there to do the job.

Good to note. Another one I think people may lean towards this week though is Jing. What're our thoughts on his JS once Cheese is back? Obviously loses the #13 jersey for a start..

Price has gotten away too much for me. Hopefully there is some value in Croker/Thompson at the Knights. Might just take the punt and see what else it allows me to do

Croker with a very MKing like performance. Got through plenty in his 35 minutes

Fantasy goggles on or not, if you're going to pay a guy a million a season you'd want the ball in his hands and not running decoys.

    Pass Fifita the ball!

May not lose the 13. Grant has shown he isn't ready for 80 minutes yet. More likely the same rotation they had last season, with Grant playing the last 60 minutes. King goes back to a 40ish minute role. He really struggled to play the first 40 last week, his work rate dropped off massively after the first 10 minutes.

I know he'll eventually score good but before he loses any more coin I was thinking

    Fifita + J.Simpkin to Olakau'atu and Grant

Yep, people that dont have him are saying he is lazy and doesn't go looking for the ball.

He isn't nearly as effective running into traffic in the middle, the ball needs to find him on the edge, where he has space to beat players.

Unfortunately Holbrook won this week and thinks he was beaten by the refs last week. Needs a shake up to realise that he has the wrong game plan, or needs to remove players that can't play to his game plan, if he is telling them to get the ball to Fifita on the edge, with time and space.

    Uto needs uto go!!

I advocated very hard for his fall back to Earth this year, then I talked myself out of it... I didn't think the fall would be this hard this quick. Tigers are a shambles, dead last on the horizon. No other options to trade him with other than Ilias or Billy Boy but no cows popping up, although Moale has to find a big gig sooner or later, kid looked huge!

Nanai, Mann and Bully get a chance of redemption this week.

Uto > 603K but no clue! TLT may shed some light.
