    I'll tell you what I don't like - and its the overuse of the word "narrative" these days in fantasy circles.

    TK's Talking League podcast in particular can't go 6 minutes without chucking in a "narrative" or 2.

    Where did it come from, was never this prevalent in previous years.

    Next time you listen to Talking League, take a shot every time someone says the word narrative, and my narrative is that you'll be at 6 cans in no time.

    He would have stayed on if the game was closer.

    I think on Starling, when he came off on the weekend Raiders were in dire need of some sort of energy injection and fresh legs in the last 20 minutes would've seemed like a good place to start.

    EDIT: OR... Sticky knew the game was over and didn't want to take his chances injuring his 2nd string hooker in the last 20 minutes in a nothing game. Straws???

    I mean... if he is healthy and ready to go they aren't going to leave him out just because they're winning.

    The after game interview with Lolo was telling..... they asked him when he will be getting 60-70 minutes, and he said that he will leave the big minutes for the young guys in the team and get a bit of a rest.

    Over twice the time spent in the middle made a huge difference in the scoring.

    Arrow was similar, with much less time in the MID week 2, which also reflected in his scoring difference.

    I don't even know why you're arguing with me. Sensitive much? The exact split won't be the same every week FFS. My point is and was, I don't think Dunn's injury affects Gilbert much.

    Luai did briefly say he reckons cleary would be back early, everyone should know by now to ignore him.

    It would make a Mahoney to Starling trade more appealing in my eyes and hear out my reasoning why.
    I'm quite certain Cleary will drop some value due to rule changes, however I still believe he will significantly average the highest amount this year.
    If he plays this week it`s against a reasonable team in the knights and will be a decent indicator into how much value he will lose while also dropping value.
    Points are hard to come by this year so if Cleary gets 70 and drops a bit of value it will be a good time to get ahead of the chains and pick him up next week
    Therefore making the Mahoney to Starling trade more appealing

    In my eyes anyway- Potentially very flawed eyes ahaha

    Not arguing, explaining as you seemed to be confused, same minutes different score, I explained why it was.

    Trades this week provides Cleary finance & gets rid of Sam Walker:
    Mahoney out - Starling in
    S. Walker out - Sexton in

    leaves 230k for the Cleary fund.

    While not a good statistical analysis, looking at Milchow's BEs from above, 122 players have had a price increase and 183 a price reduction.

    1:  By far the worst performing position so far this year is fullback.  For every 1 player who has increased in price, 2.7 players have fallen in price.  Could be due to:

    a) rule changes, meaning less blow out scores and less high scoring fullbacks;
    b) wet weather to start the year;
    c) random volatility
    d) COVID impacting prep

    2:  Hookers are the best performing position.  For every player who has increased in price, there is only 0.8 of a player who has fallen in price.

    Other ratios:  MID 1.7, CTR 1.6, HLF 1.3, EDG 1.0.

    [Analysis low quality. Just pure number of players who went up Vs down.  No allowance for size of increase.  Ignored duals and position actually played. Etc etc].
