Reward for a couple of tries perhaps.

Max King all day, but dont mind Thompson as a cheeky cheapy. Did well with a few more minutes and seems the most likely to hold onto a bench spot with everyones back.

Basically comes down to how helpful I think the extra 100k will be. Max King looks the better cow but I can probably grab Cleary in 1 trade next week if I go Thompson

He has always been a fantasy gun. He and Magoulias were both players I pegged for big futures, fantasy wise. Both just seem to attract fantasy points. Butcher is someone you can sit in your side and mid 40's seem to be his floor. If he could lock down an edge spot with the Roosters that could become some nice 50's rolling in. It's just we have no clue what Robbo might do with his forwards next week. Already had 3 different forward packs in the first 3 weeks.

    A) Schneider HLF, Mann MID, Bully 18
    B) Mann HLF, Bully MID, Schneider 18

In other words Schneider vs Bully?

I would play Schneider as gk, km's, plays 80 mins.

Think I will keep my money invested in points rather than in the bank this week so if Mahoney/Taumalolo who are potential trade outs can hang around. Both will easily cover Cleary if needed next week if I go down that path

One trap I feel you can fall into is making say Tuilagi next weeks problem, a few injuries/suspensions/hia/team changes arise and with a small bench you are struggling to field a full team

With one eye on the byes and still after a little cash generation I think I will go the following trades

    Simpkin + Tuilagi out
    Starling + Fermor in

Fixes some job security issues, if I get 40+ from each for a while then job done
Fermor is one of those players I struggled to fit in initially so will pretend he was there all along
For his price he will do a role until something better comes along

    Gives me 12k ITB

    Mahoney
    AFB Taumalolo JKing
    Fermor Nanai
    Mann Schneider
    Penisini Tago
    Papenhuyzen Hynes SCrichton

    Starling
    Randall
    MKing
    Bullemor

    Wilton
    Grant

    Berry
    Ilias

    Edited: with the Grant news,

Yeah, I'll need to drop one of my 600k players to get Cleary next week.
It will be one of Papy, Hynes, Burton, Sexton or Aitken.

Guess which euan I'm leaning towards?

I think Billy Smith starting on the wing is better fantasy wise than ctr.
