I got the (c) on a 240m, 4 try, 3 linebreak, 16 tacklebreaks, 4 offload, 132 point captain Fifita to slingshot me into the top 500

Is it too late for Fermor?
I reversed Clark to Startling last week. If they use old mate as cannon fodder then 55 mins looks the norm which should see an average of 43. Not sure what I'll do there.

The leader of FOG is 2nd overall. I have 14 players the same as him. I am ranked 16550 places lower. I don't know how to feel about this. Could both be bad at this I suppose.

Bench selection has been important this year
A lot of people have the same players, but some examples include playing Ilias in round 1, not playing MKing in rounds 1 or 2, Bullemor in round 3, etc
A lot of decisions easy to go the wrong way and can have a big difference in rank - even if you had the same 21 players.

If it helps, I had a moderately decent week and climbed 10k places.
I think it will be easier to pick up ground as we head towards and into the byes/SOO as long as you play it steady and take a punt every now and then. The first step for me is to get the expensive underperformers out prioritised based on what type of player they are and how much cash they are going to lose. Then look to establish a bit of a solid scoring base...the punts come after that (although I did have a punt on Hynes C last week but that was because my other options were terrible ish)

1st has a normal looking team. They just happened to select all the best scoring players to start and avoided almost all of those that everyone thought should do well but haven't. I don't care if starling averages 60 a week for the next 5 weeks, will never be in my team again.
I will put the C on Turbo every week until he hits 100.
