    Asking for a friend.

I think he probably settles as a 55ish average, which means there is still a little value there... but since he's a keeper/not a future sell, really just considering that he's the likely best (at least most consistent scoring) WFB with that useful DPP is enough justification anyway.

Interesting one to ponder all week

    PS I am the friend.

Under 2021 scoring Hynes would have gotten close to a banner the last 2 rounds... he's a more urgent trade in than Cleary this round if you don't have him

I wouldn't think it's a gross underestimate, conservative perhaps, I think more likely 60 than 50. He'll settle down - kick metres really high last two weeks for starters.

He gets 90%+ of the kick meters, and has a good long kicking game. The low kicking meter game was the anomoly

Does everyone bringing May in really expect him to get 4 attacking returns every week? I think people are getting really carried away with a 1 off performance.. Understand he's DPP to be, but he's a red dot to be also and without the huge attacking returns he made 1 tackle.

    Smells so trappy to me.

Interesting, thanks (and also to MattNZ for his feedback!)

FWIW am seriously thinking that way, without quite being that enthused about the last two weeks. It shows the upside, but like I said I think his average is probs 55-60 longer-term. The KMs and tackles will come down a bit, the attack stats won't always been there. But I've been super impressed by how quickly the Sharks + Hynes looked to have clicked.

I brought him in last week and I certainly don’t. I guess we’ll find out soon enough. All I want from him is to out do my other shit centres!

Yeah. I think he's asking for trouble, will be staying away but I hope for those who get him, that he performs.

Only changes to the Tigers are Uto out with injury and Tuilagi returns.

0 forced changes will surely see an improvement in the last 2 weeks

Will be in the keeper WFB conversation with higher floor than most other options

I suspect at 740k you will probably be able to pick up other keeper tier players cheaper as a WFB

Wilton back in at edge, Talaki to centre.

Grant #9, JKing 13, Smith bench (wouldn't be surprised to see a Grant and Smith switch here pre kick off?)

Riki named at edge, Robati bench

    Don't tempt fate

The first half against Melbourne last year is probably about as low as it can go, but its a very similar team to the one that put in the "effort"

TPJ to edge too. I think that's a good thing for both TPJ owners and for King too
