An update on the Taylan May situation. Have spoke to both NRL and Penrith and he will be free to continue playing before his court date next month. His return to the NRL in round four was previously cleared by the integrity unit. Story on @AAPSport. #NRL

Yeah but he hadn't been charged with assault causing bodily harm when 'previously cleared'.
Don't completely rule out a suspension.
