Considering he spent some time as the water boy, groundskeeper and even a stint in the comm box to call some of his own plays, he wasn't terrible.

Jones - I think I'll take that over trying my luck with Walters, thank you, sir. Solid.

Mann - playing at 13 he's probably a keeper, at very least in the 17/18th spot in a final team. But weeks like this are a killer in cash league H2H duels.

Clifford - sold him this week and pending the end of the round, pretty content with it. We had a 50/50 run together, but I think this shows that the dance had come to a premature end and jumping ship was the right move. Two ripper scores to start and some nice price rises... just a shame the last two weeks didn't keep it up. 'Twas worth a punt, but all in all I'd chalk it up as a bit of a failure. Oh well, he's gone, as are basically all my available trades so far, but we battle forth.

Thompson - looks like he's going to need to be punted sooner than hoped for. They don't like giving him minutes, ay.

Young - fuck that hurts for Supercoach and VSDT. Oh, and I just realised my draft team/s too. Ouch.

Anyway, general question. In the age of all this covid garbage, is it just me, or do you get a bit tense if you trade out a player from your team on a Thursday night for someone playing on Sunday? So many days for the trade to go wrong, but it's all locked in now. First time it's worked out this way this year, but I find my buttocks clenched regarding the wait.

Still been fine. One of only three base price players who've been of any use (Schneider, Ming). Just as long as you weren't planning on playing him.
