I read the same but I wasnt confused. Somehow Welshy tearing strips off a six year old about proper tackling technique actually fits really well

And yes, i'm extremley tough with regards to basics because you simply can't survive without them

I'm in the business of bettering/developing the entire squad, not just the top kids now. So many sides only coach the kids who can do it all now! Then when everyone catches up size/speed wise you find out the big fast kids can't pass off both hands or tackle.
