I am writing off Hastings first game with the Tiges in a similar fashion to Ilias at Souths. In his other game, he scored above his BE with no KM. Add KM and control of the game, I can see additional attacking stats as you would expect from a dominant half. I don't think it is a surprise that the overdue shake up coincided with his return from suspension. Douehi is not coming back any time soon and if he does, it may correspond with HASTINGS shifting to LOCK.

If I trade someone who has almost peaked such as Nanai or King as opposed to Walters, I could do Walters to Cleary next week

Ok at this stage I’m holding trades and using Vailea as a loop to have a look at Koula. Hopefully he does well so I don’t have to play Coates or Leo

I remember reading that Hastings had a boil on his foot during preseason and this may have limited his kicking in the early rounds.

He will also kick goals now, which may be worth an extra 2 points per week . Indeed Brooks is not really flavour of the month anywhere. I think his role is the reason for thebig shift in the team structure. Hastings will take off with what Madden started

I do not think the issues associated with Brooks could be said to be sudden. If an ultimatum has been offered along the lines off shift your game or get out of it, he will comply. Long term average at HLF in the NRL of around 45

Yup. Even worse, I got him to free up the cash to get Starling, and then I bloody reversed the Starling trade when I saw him on the bench! Going Leo over May already a big regret.
