I've no idea whether it is or isn't, because I too am not medically qualified to judge these things. However he didn't "clearly get knocked out" like the headline-grabber commentators are saying. Definitely a head clash, definitely got straight back up. No idea how serious it was or wasn't.

Problem is without the tests you can’t tell either? Player safety, minimum should of been assessed
