I'm blinded by round 13 at the moment.  It will be my downfall, but I want as many numbers as possible, so I'll probably hold Burton, Nanai etc for that round.  If Jazz didn't play round 13, I'd have absolute ZERO interest.  Not sure what to make of that.  The thought of adding Starling and Jazz to the stocks is tempting, but Hastings is probably the better long term play.  Snatch makes great points though.

Swings and round abouts , what ya miss in round 13 ya make up in 17 or burn trades trying to cover both.

    a) Randall to Starling - wish I'd gotten on Starling when he was cheaper, but he's probably still underpriced. Leaves 0k left, a sign?

    b) Mann to Tevaga - how does he manage to make himself relevant every year? Nothing more certain in life than death, taxes, and Tevaga somehow making himself a fantasy option mid-season.

    c) Mann to Crichton - he's gotta come good at some point, right? Probably better off waiting until he actually does and doing King to Crichton I guess.

    d) Randall to Verrills - haven't seen much chat about him, but a sneaky 57 in 64 mins looks alright. Probably an outlier for him though?

    e) Thompson to Lee/TMM/Paix - Happy to move Thompson on, but would leave me without any MID cover and not thrilled with any of the options, probably better off holding, right?

    f) Hold the second trade. 26 left before pulling the trigger.

Realistically I'm probably tossing up between A, B, and F.

Anything else you'd look at with this team?

    Randall
    Haas Mann MKing
    DiFi Jones
    Cleary Hunt
    Tago Penis
    Hynes Pap Crichton

    Schneider Hastings Tuilagi Taaffe

    Ilias Coates Thompson Koula

I'd be comfortable with F there

If you are struggling for Round 13 at the moment, it probably means that you are well placed to clean up in Round 17. It is very difficult to field in a quality side in both rounds and can be an over-rated strategy from experience. You will always do better if you make smart trades and do not obsess over the bye round too much

Depends on how many origin players you have. I have been deliberately avoiding them where possible, just have 3 essential ones in the team at the moment, may grab Turbo if he comes back firing as well. Pretty sure that others have quite a few more Origin players in their teams.

Official site injury info is late and inaccurate all the time. I don't even bother looking there anymore

Well if round 10-11 is an accurate figure for Curran does that deter anyone from picking up Jazz? I own Curran so I’m doubly unsure

    Nrl Physio:

    For Manly:
    - Josh Schuster is building his fitness & available for selection this week
    - High grade AC joint sprain for Andrew Davey, in a sling. Usually 2-6 week recovery period
    - Taniela Paseka in a knee brace with MCL sprain, at least a partial tear. 4-8 weeks recovery likely

If it's 10-11 for Curran, think I'll grab Lolo over Jazz.

It does a bit yeah...but in saying that Jazz was already playing lock the last two games with Curran edge so perhaps his return won't affect him? Decent risk to take though, I may just go cheese but I liked Jazz for rd13

Which would you prioritise selling (might still be neither still, but if had to be one?)

It's probably in the raiders best interest to stop dribbling shit in the media, and concentrate on football.

Before getting injured he was playing EDG. Jazz has a chance to play well and cement good minutes in the middle.

I feel Mann is more urgent. Watching the Knights he just looks like he does sweet FA when playing 13, and then as soon as an inevtiable injury occures, he somehow ends up in the centres every game.

I went with both to pickup Jazz and Hastings. Not 100% convinced with it though, but not quite enough cash to get Jazz and Teddy ($7k short) so have to settle with Hastings. Might drop the Nanai > Hastings Trade altogether

Depends on team structure. If you have a strong 14-17 then Tevaga is the option.
If you are playing guys like Ilias and Taaffe, Cheese is a huge upgrade for them.

Wouldn’t describe my team as strong but option 1 would have nanai or Penisini at 18

    Option 2 brojo becomes 18

We expecting 5-10 more points from tevaga?
