Was Randall just genuinely hooked last weekend? Why did I think he had an HIA and never came back? Can anyone confirm please?

Phoenix and Sasagi spells reduced minutes for him too, surely?

Tupou didn't even get 10min in the bin for the same kinda tackle (tongue in cheek).

You forget how rough the game was not even 20 years ago. Crazy stuff.

Su'a needs surgery out for 10 weeks and for @Revraiser we have a Suli update:
“It was just above my knee,” Suli said. “I took my first carry in the second half and it was a knee clash. Just a bit cork but I will be sweet. It was pretty bruised.”

I believe the change to now say lemon lime on the Sprite bottles was purely branding, not a flavour change.

    Happy to stand corrected though

Mal Meninga was a Colossus, and almost impossible to tackle one-on-one.

Here's a 5-min highlights package of Meninga playing for St Helens in 1984-85, aged 24. He scored 38 tries in 31 games in that season. He came back to play his last season for Souths in the Brisbane comp in 1985, before joining Canberra 1986-94.
