Kiwis always get overlooked when it comes to best in position!

Nigel Vagana was one of the best centres in the comp when he was at the dogs.
Five tries in a game wasn't a bad effort.

Toopi was also amazing in his day.

He won centre of the year and at that time was definitely recognised as one of the elite centres of the comp.

I think the big problem for Kiwis is because they don't play Origin, there's limited opportunities for them to create a legacy for themselves outside of club competition. And without that, they simply don't get remembered the same way outside of your extreme exceptions like Benji.

I think about a guy like Bromwich, who for a long time has been accepted as one of the best props in the game. If he was an Aussie, he's probably a guy who plays 20 odd Origins and has a much bigger legacy he'd leave as a result. That's the stage a lot of blokes build their reputation on. You think about Inglis and it's so often his exploits in Origin that come to mind.

Maybe I should just get Talakai and if he does good then good, if he does bad then I'm dragging you all down with me

Roosters would be a better side with a decent No 9. The good ones take so much pressure off their halves. Unfortunately there might be only 4 or 5 in the whole comp, rest are robots/tackle bots.

Ah fuck it, I'll just stick to my trades that I had set for a few days now. If I get Talakai then I have to keep Mann or start Thompson which I'm not keen on.

Curran and Mann > Tevaga and Hastings. Gives me

    Starling
    Lolo Tevaga Ming
    Aitken Tuilagi
    Cleary Dylbags
    Critta Penis
    Hynes Papi May

    Randall Tago Hastings Schneider
    Ilias Thompson Walters Koula

Also have $493k bank for more moves next week. Dylbags is a headache if he keeps playing CTR but he can be moved on for anyone I want. Also want to flick Walters at some stage but he can sit there until the next shiny cow comes along

Worried about Haas shoulder. Might run the C on Hynes. Broncos love getting whacked by the sharks.

    Got no cleary.

What percentage ownership makes someone a POD, roughly speaking

Also do you look at that only in relation to top 5000, 10,000 or 20,000 etc

Meninga was a little before my time so difficult for me to comment on just how bad it is. But some much better judges than me have him as one of the best to ever lace a boot

There were periods where he was simply incomparible. There were times when Meninga was just a level above the brilliant players he was playing with.
It's frankly absurd to compare Talakai after 3 or 4 good games. It's also ridiculous to compare such different era's.
If a 25 year old Meninga was around today with todays training techniques he'd be the best Centre in the comp and it wouldn't even be close (IMO) - actually Turbo at Centre does things that Meninga couldn't but that goes vice-versa - completely different players.

ET holds the try scoring record in a single game for Sharks at 5. Something to aspire to.

Typically 10%. We have only recently been able to see top 5,000 etc, so we are still catching up to this method of viewing PODs.
